From an isolated blue system to an open connection with waterfront solutions and activities
From a big scale and car oriented city to a human scaled city providing intimate spaces
Through a cooperation between chinese and danish entities, we have created an urban model that many cities around the world are now desperately trying to claw back.

HUSBY CENTER
HUSBY CENTER Stockholm, Sweden Kragh & Berglund 2018
HUSBY CENTER
Outside of Stockholm lies Husby, an area facing a variety of urban challenges. In collaboration with the municipality and the citizens we have established an extensive participation process to develop design proposals. Contrary to the normal big citizen meetings we made many small workshops for groups of kids, women, young men, young women and associations. Our experience was a much bigger openness and engagement, they came up with a lot of valuable information otherwise unavailable to us
