Susan Giordano

Distinctive, artisanal, luxurious — Giordano Beauty is a destination for splendor. Glamorous cosmetics, fragrances, brushes, soaps, skin care and bath products comprise the boutique’s custom line. Based on original formulas by renowned makeup artist Susan Giordano, Giordano Beauty was recognized by Women’s Wear Daily as one of six “emerging indie cosmetic companies to watch.” Susan’s 25 years of perfecting faces for catwalks and magazines show in her products, which transform runway glamour into wearable looks for everyday. A favorite is Satin Skin moisturizer. Its unique formula began as a kitchen concoction Susan brought to photo shoots for “amazingly touchable” skin. When models asked for more, Susan knew she was on to something. Makeup is magic. It not only transforms your looks; it also changes the way you feel about yourself. More than foundations and mascara, Giordano Beauty is an intimate emporium of personalized service and generous advice not available elsewhere. Ask Susan about expert eyebrow shaping, makeup bag evaluations, product tutorials and makeup applications — or just about that perfect, pouty shade of red. Hours: Tuesday through Friday, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., or by appointment.

Refresh your interiors from her rigorously edited retail collection of gorgeous mirrors, vases, hand-carved bowls, ginger jars, lanterns, lighting and Nest home fragrances. eter J. Riolo Real Estate represents a powerful force in homeownership and long-term customer relationships. For more than 75 years Riolo Real Estate has been serving the Rivertowns. During that time they have earned a reputation for integrity, service and getting the results people want. All of the sales associates live in the community and embody years of real estate experience and marketing know-how. They know the schools, the neighborhoods and the people. Many of them have been raised here and in turn have raised their children here. As founding members of Westchester Real Estate, Inc., the Riolo office has joined with other prominent Westchester firms to provide a network of local offices in locations in the county as well as New York City. Individually they thrive on their own, in part, because they are household names in their communities. Collectively, these independent companies use the power of pooled resources to offer the advantages of extensive advertising, training, relocation and networking services. In an era of large, impersonal real estate companies, Peter J. Riolo Real Estate’s oneon-one personal service, first-hand knowledge of the area, high-ranking sales record and countless years of experience ensure a smooth real estate experience.

Charmed — the name says it all! This charming little shop is Hastings’ new gift-buying destination, as well as your best source for decorative touches to celebrate the many holidays and seasons throughout the year. Having spent 18 years working in Hastings, owner Taresa Caruso knows just what her customers want. “When you walk into my store it’s like you’re on vacation. You can find so many interesting things here, you can forget about everything else for a few minutes,” says Caruso. “And it’s fun to come back and see how the merchandise changes with the seasons.” Certainly the biggest draw is the candy counter — chocolates sold by the pound and trays of candy — all guaranteed to delight. That means baskets with sweet treats and goodie bags for kids’ parties. Charmed is not all about the candy. In addition to the seasonal and holiday selections, there are kitchen accessories, cards, candles, bath and body products, party supplies, hostess gifts, jewelry and accessories. Charmed is next to Slices, so you can have a pizza there and then order a candy pizza from Charmed. Visit sliceshastings.com. Hours: Monday to Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

hirteen years after Michelle first opened her salon, Visual Difference Hair Design is still the place to go for your — and your family’s — hair care needs. While there, you will probably run into a neighbor, friend or co-worker. There’s a strong sense of community all around you. The walls are filled with Little League plaques and the work of many local artists. Supporting the community is important to Michelle because she is a lifelong resident of Hastings and is now raising her own family there. Michelle attributes the salon’s success to the teamwork of her loyal staff and their continuing education, which keeps them current and up-to-date while also perfecting the classics. Their goal is to make clients feel comfortable when they walk in and satisfied when they walk out. Happy clients with happy hair are their best advertising. The salon also will waive the cost of the haircut and give the client or guest a whole new look if they have at least 12 inches of hair length cut to donate to charity. Hours: Monday from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday to 6 p.m., Thursday to 8 p.m.

Kathy, Courtney and Tina

“The Center.” “The Diner.” Whatever you call it, the Hastings Center Restaurant has been at the center of village life for more than 50 years. Everyone goes there. Businesspeople who come for lunch and meetings. Moms who chat over morning coffee. Commuters who get a quick takeout breakfast on the way to the train. Families with small children who spill in and out of the booths. Teens stopping in for an afterschool or nighttime snack. Retirees who come by to see a friendly face or two. Almost anything can be found on the menu. The best short-order breakfasts around — morning, noon and night. Sandwiches, salads, pasta, hearty chicken and meat meals, daily fish specials, Greek specialities and kids’ dishes. And to satisfy a sweet tooth, delicious breakfast pastries and muffins, and terrific desserts. For those in a hurry, the restaurant will package anything on the menu to go. For the past 16 years, the restaurant has been under the capable direction of owner Milton Dheodoroboulos. His staff is friendly and attentive to your every need. So, stop by — you’re bound to see an old friend and get a great meal and great service. Hours: Open seven days a week, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

There’s a sense of calm about the Hastings Hair Salon that patrons truly appreciate. No hustle-bustle, no intrusive music, no hurrying from station to station. The shop caters to men, women and children, and offers a complete line of services — haircuts, color, highlights, perms, styling, makeup, makeovers and facial waxing — all in a warm, customer-friendly atmosphere. With more than 30 years of salon experience, owner Tina listens to her customers. She doesn’t give cuts shorter than clients want and doesn’t invent an unflattering style for the customer — all common complaints in the business. Tina’s daughter, Courtney, helps out on weekends, washing hair, assisting the stylists and making customers feel comfortable. ocal resident Anthony Tarricone, along with his partner, John Ryan, have created the ultimate family training center. Equalize Fitness is a half-acre under one roof that houses GymCats Gymnastics, the Parisi Speed School and Equalize Fitness. Imagine coming to one location and fulfilling all your workout needs — a traditional gym for adults along with gymnastics and sports performance training for young athletes ages 2 to 16. Separate changing rooms and bathrooms preserve the integrity of the adult fitness areas while the young athletes are on the premises. As a parent, you can go to the cardio decks, get on a treadmill and turn to our internal TV station to check in on your children in GymCats Gymnastics, Parisi Speed School or childcare. How cool is that? It’s a shared fitness experience that everyone can enjoy. Our reputation speaks volumes: We’re a gym that gets you results. An average member loses between 4 and 6 inches in one month when they follow our Fit Traxx program. True to our commitment to health and wellness, we are just completing a fitness study for the community. Fifty non-exercisers, looking to make a change, enrolled in our free fitness study, a 21-day program with a goal to create a fitness habit. While the results have not been tallied, historically participants lose 4 inches and gain substantial strength. More importantly, 80 percent make a lifestyle change incorporating fitness as part of their weekly routine. Isn’t it about time? Hours: Open seven days a week. Monday through Thursday, from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday to 9 p.m., Saturday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Sunday to 5 p.m.

Linda Angel, owner of Art Transcending Time, designs jewelry that is more than just an accessory to wear; it is a true work of art. She incorporates antique Italian micro mosaics with semi-precious stones strung on silk to create one-of-a-kind pieces. Her jewelry is crafted in a wide variety of colors, most typically in blues, greens and warm earthy tones. “I get inspired by each antique mosaic that I work with,” Linda says. Her custom-made necklaces are created by combining a sparkling antique chandelier crystal with a personal photo, often of ancestors. “I love making these memory pieces for my customers,” says Linda, adding that she enjoys hearing the personal stories and history some of her customers share while ordering their jewelry. “Each necklace represents a connection between the past and present.” Stop into Linda’s studio and boutique to see her at work and learn more about her “unique handmade jewelry transcending time.” Hours: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Our seasoned teaching pros support our mission to create a positive, energetic, caring environment in which each student may thrive and implement the correct techniques used in today’s game. For adults, specialty clinics designed to improve play through drills, and focused instruction in strategy, court positioning and technique are offered. Weekly drop-in clinics, including cardio tennis, provide flexible scheduling options for those who cannot commit to a weekly scheduled session. Because one boutique is never enough, Fiamor now has two locations in Dobbs Ferry. Fiamor Formal specializes in sophisticated European cocktail dresses, black-tie frocks, semi-formal styles, bat mitzvah dresses and weddings gowns. The salon’s exquisite collection is as stylishly individual as women themselves. Owner Mimi Filipov’s gorgeous gowns have graced the red carpets of the Oscars and Tony Awards. Become a dashing couple with the perfect punctuation of coordinating men’s cufflinks and ties. Fiamor, a new Rivertowns’ favorite at 21 Cedar Street, is eclectic and casual. Find perfect looks for luncheons, PTA events, gallery openings, Bear Mountain walks or entertaining at home. Both Fiamor boutiques resemble distinctive salons in Milan or Paris. They invite with intimate lighting, rich furnishings and artful displays. Corners beckon with elegant treasures and unique gifts. Fine European and Canadian fashions, handbags, accessories and jewelry from all over the world are handpicked by Mimi, who learned fashion in Bulgaria 40 years ago. olfers, get on your game! Winter is the perfect season to improve fitness, focus and technique, so you’ll start the next season at the top of your swing. At Westchester Golf Performance Center, you will benefit from a customized, one-on-one training plan that addresses the technical, physical and psychological aspects of your game. Whether you are a beginner just learning the sport or a seasoned pro trying to improve your game, our team will design a program of exercises and training drills, targeted specifically to your needs. As specialized experts, Diane and Karen customize treatments to individual needs. Client comfort and safety are most important, and strict infectious disease control guidelines are followed — with disposable probes, sterilized equipment, rubber gloves and private treatment rooms. For the latest education and technology, Diane and Karen regularly attend professional electrolysis conferences. Call for a free consultation to discuss electrolysis and learn what to expect. ome join the pack! Peace, love and dogs has been the mantra at Buddy’s Barking Lot for the past seven years. Eileen Fleming and Susan Ekaireb are the happy owners of Buddy’s. Both are extremely proud of their staff of professionals, most of whom have been working at Buddy’s since its inception. There is even a full-time dog trainer, Wanda, on staff each day. The canine clients at Buddy’s Barking Lot range in size from 4 pounds all the way up to 180 pounds. There is a sense of calm among the pack each day, and they treat one another as if they are one big, happy family. There are no crates or cages, and all of the dogs coexist peacefully. The pack welcomes each newcomer with “open paws.” The secret to the peace is in the doggie interview. “Each dog is interviewed just to make sure they would be comfortable in our setting,” Eileen says. “We can’t and won’t allow any dogs with aggressive tendencies.” To schedule an interview for your dog, or for more information, please contact Buddy’s Barking Lot at 591-7645. Or, look for Buddy’s Barking Lot on Facebook and YouTube.

Steve Vagianos, chef/owner

Downtown 731 is Ardsley’s new, casual family dining hotspot in the old Captain Video space. Steve Vagianos brings 40 years of experience as chef and owner to his new venture, which features Greek and American specialties, prepared from fresh ingredients using old family recipes. Start with an assortment of dips with warm pita bread and select from a list of Greek favorites, including spanakopita (spinach pie), pastitsio (Greek lasagna) and moussaka. Or, whet your appetite with one of his delicious soups and then sample his fresh salmon, Mediterranean bronzoni (sea bass), shrimp Santorini or other fish dishes. Vagianos prepares the usual kebabs, souvlaki, gyros, burgers and wraps, plus delicious salads. Don’t forget traditional American dishes and daily specials, but save room for homemade desserts — rice pudding, baklava, galaktoboureko, bread pudding and the best cheesecake in town. There’s an extensive children’s menu and vegetarian and gluten-free options, too. So bring your family “Downtown” to this beautiful, comfortable dining establishment. Find warm, attentive service from the minute you walk in until the moment you leave. We’re sure you’ll become a frequent guest. Hours: Tuesday through Sunday, from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Closed Mondays.

Hideki, Angela, Dr. Gregg Fader and Talibah. (Not pictured): Veronica

After running orthodontic practices in Manhattan, Queens and Ardsley for more than 20 years, Dr. Gregg Fader is thrilled to be celebrating his fifth anniversary in his Scarsdale office on Central Avenue! Dr. Fader’s original interest in dentistry came from his father, a retired dentist; his love of children directed him toward orthodontics. Dr. Fader treats both children and adults, keeping current with the latest advances in orthodontics. In addition to metal and clear braces, he can also fit patients with the nearly imperceptible Invisalign braces, particularly helpful for adults who wish to improve their smile, but also need to feel confident in a business setting. Ardsley Orthodontics offers free first consultations to patients, during which Dr. Fader will assess any problems with the bite or jaw, and give a time frame and competitive price for treatment. His philosophy stresses nonextraction, trying to limit treatment to as short a time as possible, and only to one stage if possible. There is ample, free parking. Hours: By appointment, including Saturday and evenings.

wner Jamal Alrubai makes a bold yet accurate statement when summing up Ardsley Market Fresh: “We have everything!” And it’s all beautifully presented in his 4,000square-foot upscale convenience store that opened Sept. 29. Ardsley Market Fresh offers a gourmet deli with Boar’s Head cold cuts and cheeses along with other tempting offerings for any meal; a tasty hot bar for breakfast and lunch; a bountiful create-your-own salad bar; just-picked fruits and vegetables — including organic selections; plus gourmet coffee from around the world. While Ardsley Market Fresh is all about freshness, it also prides itself on its exceptional quality and convenient service. “Everybody wants fresh these days,” Jamal said. “People are watching out for their health. We make everything fresh in the store daily from chicken cutlets to lasagnas.” In addition to the quality and convenience you’ll find within the store, Ardsley Market Fresh’s easy-to-reach location makes it the perfect destination for both your family’s food shopping or just picking up a few items for dinner — it’s just off Route 9A, the Saw Mill River Parkway and Ashford Avenue. “It’s my second time in the store and I came back because I loved it the first time,” one happy shopper said. “It’s clean, has a really good selection and the location makes it easy to run in and get cold cuts or whatever you need around dinner time. It’s easy to get in and out — and that’s huge.” Jamal also offers professional, mouth-watering catering for any occasion — corporate as well as residential — for parties of 10 and up. For Jamal, the setting couldn’t be better: “I like the location. It’s a beautiful town.” Now it’s one with a beautiful, new, fresh market. Jamal and his staff look forward to serving you. Hours: Open seven days a week, from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m.

hen Drs. Elise Lovisa and Joseph Zuckerman ventured out on their own to open Ardsley Veterinary Associates on Aug. 8, they weren’t alone. Many of their loyal clients followed them from their previous practices to their new, conveniently located office, where Riviera Bakery was once housed. There the duo has created a topquality medical and surgical care facility in a warm, compassionate and friendly atmosphere for both owners and their pets. Drs. Lovisa and Zuckerman work with a board-certified surgeon and have teamed with Dr. Lisa Donato, who is schooled both in Western and Eastern medicines to offer a more holistic approach to pet care, including acupuncture and Chinese herbal methods. Many clients are already familiar with the staff, with whom the doctors worked previously. There are two experienced LVTs (New York State-licensed veterinary technicians), who assist in anesthetic monitoring, surgical prep, client education and patient care. Their friendly and competent receptionists are here to meet and greet — they are the first line in client relations — and the support staff keeps the clinic immaculately clean and assists in patient handling. Ardsley Veterinary Associates features full services from dental radiology to digital radiography, a fully equipped surgical room to in-house lab work. Dr. Lovisa has been practicing in Ardsley — where she lives — since 1986. She graduated from the New York State College of Veterinary Medicine at Cornell and interned at the Animal Medical Center in New York. She has been in private practice since 1984. Dr. Zuckerman was born in the Bronx and earned his degree at Ross University. His education was augmented by a year of rotations at the University of Minnesota and worked for 4 1/2 years at a multi-specialist emergency clinic in Yonkers before coming to Ardsley in 2003. The entire staff engages in continuing education in order to ensure the finest medical care for their loyal clientele’s loved ones. Hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday to 3 p.m.

illiam Raveis Legends Realty Group is a company that is invested in the future of their agents. Founded by five amazing women in 2007, Legends Realty Group LLC was formed with the belief that the agents are what distinguish one company from another. They believed that if they afforded their agents security and opportunity, this would inevitably translate into the highest quality of service available to the consumer today. The company was created by agents, for agents, with the ultimate goal of providing their sellers and buyers with the attention they deserve. Marcene Hedayati, managing broker, along with her four partners, Elvira Aloia, Mary Case Friedner, Phyllis Lerner and Karen Stroub, sought to create a business model unlike any other. With an ever-changing market and increased challenges over the past decade, Legends Realty Group announced their alliance with William Raveis Real Estate in December of 2010. William Raveis

Real Estate, Mortgage & Insurance is one of the top companies in the nation. It was recently ranked as the No. 1 family-owned real estate firm in the Northeast and the ninth largest real estate firm nationwide, based on sales volume. Prior to their affiliation with William Raveis, Legends Realty Group existed as an independent brokerage with 19 sales associates. During that time — and since their inception in 2007 — the group held No. 1 market share in Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow. Today, the company has offices in Briarcliff Manor, Tarrytown and Irvington and has grown to 42 agents. The partners believe that they have the best of both worlds in this union. Marcene said, “We have been able to continue nurturing our current business practices and methods that have distinguished us from the rest and, at the same time, enjoy the many tools and systems that you can only find in a larger company. Most importantly, we feel fortunate to have found a company that shares our philosophy and culture.”

he early diagnosis of lung cancer, before symptoms occur, provides the best chance for cure according to Avraham Merav, M.D., co-director of the Westchester Lung Nodule Center at Phelps Memorial Hospital Center. Early lung cancer is most often detected as a nodule on a CT scan. Since the increased use of diagnostic CT scanning and the recent introduction of CT screening for lung cancer in high-risk individuals, nodules are being discovered ever more frequently. The majority of such nodules are benign; it requires a great deal of expertise to identify the malignant ones. Dr. Merav and Dr. Rocco Lafaro, with more than 60 years of combined thoracic surgical experience, joined to establish the Westchester Lung Nodule Center at Phelps, providing comprehensive evaluation for patients with recently diagnosed lung nodules and offering low-dose CT scan screenings for individuals who are at high risk for developing lung cancer, particularly those with a history of smoking. Each case is thoroughly reviewed by the Center’s select team of specialists who are board-certified in radiology, pulmonology, pathology, oncology and thoracic surgery. Every attempt is made to determine if the nodule is benign or malignant with the least invasive methods available. Quite often, only observation is recommended. For those patients who do require surgical intervention, the Center offers the benefit of an experienced team who perform the majority of their procedures using minimally invasive thoracoscopic (VATS) techniques. Patients are seen within 48 hours of their call for an appointment. Ongoing communication is maintained with each patient’s primary care physician or other referring physicians. Phelps distinguished itself in 2009 by becoming the first hospital in Westchester to report its thoracic surgery cases to the National Database of The Society of Thoracic Surgeons. Continued reporting assures our patients that Phelps’ results are in line with the national experience.

Anna Krosche

It’s the call every mother dreads: “Your child has head lice.” No worries. Anna Albano-Krosche, the Lice Lady of Westchester, can come to the rescue 365 days a year, “because lice is always an emergency.” Anna is Westchester’s original head lice removal expert. “I’ve been in business since 1998, and I’ve treated over 10,000 heads,” says Anna. She is the area’s only lice removal specialist with a freestanding salon. She also makes house calls. Anna frequently travels to schools and camps to do lice checks and to give presentations on head lice prevention. “I’ve been through this with my own children and myself, and I relate 100 percent to everybody who comes in,” she says. A client’s head is examined under a magnification light, then is given a 20minute, all-natural enzyme-based shampoo. Nits are combed from the hair, then the hair is rinsed, blown dry and rechecked. Clients leave the salon with a homework sheet, including instructions on how to “delouse your house.”

Dr. Yadagiri Chepuru offers an alternative at TMS Center of Westchester in Yonkers. While disordered eating may begin as a means to control some aspects of your life, those very thoughts and behaviors may end up controlling you. At Metro Behavioral Health Associates Eating Disorders Centers (MBHA), we understand that recovery is a complex process. Our specialists have devoted their professional training to the treatment of anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder and everything in between. Since no two cases have exactly the same causes or symptoms, the ideal recovery plan for each patient is unique. “Eating disorders don’t emerge overnight,â€? says MBHA Founder and Executive Director Jennie Kramer, M.S.W., L.C.S.W. “We take a ‘no stones unturned’ approach, so we can get to the root causes and effect gradual change. After all, you can’t take away behaviors if you don’t replace them with other strategies.â€? MBHA begins with a comprehensive psychosocial evaluation, followed by the development of an individually designed treatment plan. The center’s services include individual, family and group psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, nutritional counseling, hypnotherapy and creative arts therapy, to name a few. Tippy, Lawrence Pitonza, Cosmic Carol, Bailey and Brittany

Founded in 2011 by Lawrence Pitonza, Pitonza Productions promotes cooperation and understanding through multicultural and bilingual literature, giving children a sense of family values, understanding and the importance of appreciating the “you” that you are. Lawrence graduated from Purchase College, where he studied under Antonio Frisconi, a world-renowned art-of-the-book creator. Lawrence is also a Westchester hairdresser at Salon Vivace. He works with Hollywood A-listers in photo shoots, commercials, special effects and prosthetics, costume and mask design, wig creations, and set and prop fabrications. He recently wrote and illustrated the book, “Cosmic Carol: Adventures in Color,” to spread the message, “Be you. Be true!” He offers a children’s program called “Autographs With Carol,” where his book is read aloud in a group setting. Afterwards, the children meet and greet Cosmic Carol characters and get their favorite characters’ autographs. “Cosmic Carol: Adventures In Color” is a touching story of a girl from another planet who, along with her pet star, Tippy, is sent to Earth to learn a lesson. During her visit, Cosmic Carol gains friends, but loses her ability to see in color. It’s a story of friendship, respect, learning — and most of all, acceptance of someone “different.” The book was inspired by Lawrence’s mother’s disability of total color blindness. The book can be purchased through Pitonza’s website: cosmiccarol.com.

win Lakes Farm is the largest equestrian facility in Westchester County, boasting two campuses, five outdoor riding arenas, lights for nighttime riding and two full-size indoor arenas for year-round lessons. We offer something for everyone! The riding academy maintains more than 50 horses for the use of the school, and students learn to ride on the patient “professors” of the farm. Academy riders also enjoy our Academy Schooling Show Series — which culminates in our School’s Out High-Point BBQ and Awards Ceremony party every year. In addition to lessons, parties, vacation leasing programs and camps, our academy riders can also join our drill teams and IEA Teams and help with our birthday party program. In addition to a busy and active school, Twin Lakes is home to 45 show boarders and a horse show team that competes all year long at local shows, zone and national finals. Salvatore Cucullo Jr. has spent his life in the restaurant world. His hands-on experience, top-level training at The Culinary Institute of America and family background — rooted in Italian cooking — are the perfect ingredients to create this innovative and sensational chef. The 808 Bistro’s menu is built with an Italian foundation, ďŹ nished with chef Salvatore’s creative mix of culinary expertise and sensitive hand. The pasta section features homemade offerings that pay a loving homage to Cucullo’s background, like Nana’s gnocchi. They also stay current with how we eat today, offering whole-wheat and gluten-free pastas. Using only the freshest, mostly organic ingredients, the menu changes with the seasons, to take full advantage of the best produce Mother Earth has to offer that month. “I’m very passionate about food and believe as a chef that I’m never more important than my ingredients,â€? says Salvatore. Traditional Italian chicken, veal and ďŹ sh are always offered, and the restaurant accommodates special requests. The bar uses fresh, muddled ingredients to make drinks, and suggested food and wine pairings are always on the menu. New at The 808 Bistro is our “expressâ€? lunch. Ruffled Feathers Gourmet Rotisserie, the popular takeout spot, is now entering its 21st year, and its delicious prepared foods have become standard fare in most homes in and around Scarsdale. Owners Ken and George specialize in preparing healthy and low-fat foods using the best and freshest ingredients available. Trust and Integrity in the Rivertowns Number One Realtor

H

oulihan Lawrence was founded in 1888 with a commitment to trust and integrity, which has been our hallmark for more than 100 years. Today, the company is the No. 1 leader in market share and remains the area’s largest independently owned Realtor with 25 offices and 1,300 agents serving Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess counties. We pride ourselves in having the resources and network that a national company would have — our own inhouse marketing division, an award-winning relocation department, Thoroughbred Mortgage — an affiliate of Wells Fargo Mortgage — as well as our affiliation with Christie’s Great Estates. We still, however, have been able to retain the personal touch of the local hometown Realtor, because not only are our offices staffed

by residents of the towns they serve, but each office is supported by a Westchester headquarters that can be immediately responsive to our local changing market. The Irvington office, combined with the Ardsley office — staffed with committed professionals — continues to be the dominant market-share leader in total sales volume in Ardsley, Dobbs Ferry, Hastings, Irvington, Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow. Put these two amazing groups together and you have an invincible and matchless team of 53 agents. We have all set the standards for excellence in customer service and will gladly accept the challenge to serve our neighbors during this ever-changing time. Please feel free to call upon any one of us and we will be vigilant in attending to your every need.
