While we were in Tivoli, people started audibly whispering that Snoop was in the neighborhood and gathered around to get a glimpse of him. The kids were especially excited. Even the police, who have been a constant presence in the neighborhood since Dudus’s arrest, came out to see Snoop and pose for pictures.
