The Interview Village is located off the busy exhibit floor and inside BEYA World II. This allows employers to target high-value students and professional job candidates in a highly interactive setting at the BEYA STEM Conference.
What is the difference between the Interview Village and the Exhibit Hall? In addition to your traditional booth in the exhibit hall, the Interview Village is a wise addition to your BEYA investment. The Interview Village has many features that are different from those in the exhibit hall. On the exhibit floor you are limited to video face-to-face interaction with those candidates who initiate them. Even then, these video interactions cannot be scheduled resulting in you missing highly qualified candidates who may be engaged with chats or other activities. By having a VIP interview suite or interview logo link you will have access to additional features that allow for more meaningful interactions with students and professionals.
One unique feature of the Interview Village is the ability to pre-schedule candidates for interviews weeks ahead of the BEYA experience and even after the STEM job fair closes. Another key feature is the ability to search all candidates whose resumes are on file and schedule interviews in real-time.
