I love this time of year! The leaves, the brisk mornings, the Friday night lights Harvest time in our little town is always one of my favorites The farmers are hard at work bringing in the fruits of their labor From sun up to sun down, they have been preparing for this time

What is your business busy yielding from all your hard work this year? The holidays are the time when you bring in the harvest from all the special events you ' ve planned, the clienteling and customer service you have nourished and sales team development you have worked hard for throughout the year. These seeds have been planted, the relationships have been cultivated and you are ready to reap the reward of customers walking in your doors for that perfect holiday gift.

RJO HOLDS 2022 SUCCESSION EXPERIENCE

RJO held the Succession Experience October 15th 17th in Oak Brook, IL. Seventeen retailers participated in the weekend long retreat focused on elements of a successful succession with their businesses.

The weekend's curriculum was specifically designed to teach attendees about estate planning, business valuations, the emotional side of succession, and cash raising events Attendees heard from key speakers such as Kate Peterson, Patrick Conner, Chuck Frey, Craig MacBean, and Dan Pharr leading idea building seminars that both challenged and inspired participants

One participant said, "“My favorite part of this experience was just being here! Every presenter had very valuable information to share It was a great experience!”
