Here is to bright new beginnings! Happy New Year from all of us at RJO!

As we close the door on 2020 we recognize this year hasn't been easy, but we are all walking away a little bit wiser, much more resilient, and a lot more grateful than this time last year. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and grit as we navigated the circumstances of this year together. We are hopeful for all the joyous things 2021 will bring. We are an organization that is stronger than ever, with plans for growth and milestones to celebrate. We also have some great ideas and initiatives in the works for 2021. The RJO board will be meeting in late January to discuss dividends and upcoming opportunities for our organization. As we usher in 2021 we want to take a minute to recognize all of the sacrifice and dedication of our retail members this year. Thank you for hanging in there with us. We are beyond grateful for your patience as we navigated uncharted circumstances this year. Your continued commitment is unmatched. You are an important part of this organization and we are grateful for your continued patronage.

RJO NEXT-GEN EXPERIENCE- REGISTER SOON! Registration is opening after the first of the year for the 2021 Next-Gen Experience. The Next-Gen Experience was developed to create an impactful curriculum of hands-on learning and interactive dialogue to aid the next generation of retail jewelers in preparing for the future of our industry and their business.

With a revised curriculum for the 2021 event, attendees will have a chance to focus on: Personal Development Skills Managing & Communicating Effectively Dealing with Conflict Communication Style Assessment Tools Developing Your Diamond Business Financial Planning for Future Ownership SO MUCH MORE!
