By the time you are reading this newsletter, we will be just a few days away from ringing in the new year We have some fun things in store for this show and we can't wait to see our RJO family this February in Phoenix, Arizona

There is always a little bit of excitement as we flip the calendar from December to January 2025 brings promise and joy and we are hopeful for all this year has in store for us. We can't look ahead without taking a moment to recognize a few of our triumphs from 2024

TWO record-breaking shows beating both our Summer and Winter sales volume records

The RJO staff graduated SIX seniors from their families

We added an additional staff member to the RJO team

Highest ever RJO Dividend- Over $14 8 MILLION

Our new five-year average of our dividend percentage is 5 11%

We welcomed 53 new retail members and 15 new vendor partners into our organization

Hosted our first ever Bench Jeweler Experience in St Louis this summer

Provided over $25,000 in RJO Foundation Scholarship awards to individuals in our organization. This makes nearly $134,000 in scholarships since the Foundation’s inception in 2015 Thank you to our generous donors!

Speaking of the RJO Foundation, we also launched the RJO Foundation Disaster Relief fund, which provides monetary relief to retailers and vendors experiencing hardship due to a natural disaster

We also have some great ideas and initiatives in the works for 2025
