And just like that, summer is out the door and signs of fall are everywhere we look The RJO office is switching gears as well, our focus: San Antonio 2023.
While you are starting your fourth quarter, the RJO team has started working on plans for the Winter Buying Show in San Antonio, Texas Mark your calendars for January 27th 30th and follow along via email and social media for important show related announcements
One of the most important announcements is the opening of the RJO Room Block for the host hotel. Every year, retailers who wait until after registration opens to book their rooms, ask us why the hotel is already full or wonder why we have already opened an overflow hotel property. Vendor registration opens on October 18th To make sure our retailers have first access to the hotel, we release the link to retailers before we release it to vendors. This gives you the first chance to secure your rooms in the host hotel As a reminder, RJO only pays for rooms Friday through Monday nights for qualifying stores. It's here! RJO is giving retail members the FIRST CHANCE at booking in the host hotel for the 2023 Winter Buying Show in San Antonio, TX! But book quickly, because we are releasing the link to vendors soon!
Rooms WILL go fast, so book your rooms soon This link is currently ONLY available to RJO retailers, so be sure to secure your rooms for you and your team in the host hotel TODAY! Retailer registration opens on November 7th, but many times, we are already booking into an overflow property by that point. Don't wait!
A helpful tip: be sure to set a calendar reminder to register your store for the show when registration opens on November 7th
