Taking Executives to the Next Level

Sal and Steve provide an excellent framework for all business executives to improve their personal and professional goals, strategies and tactics. I, personally, have a renewed appreciation for the process of building and improving existing ideas as well as more efficient ways to incubate new ideas. Many of my everyday struggles as a business owner and operator were addressed, and I now have more tools to tackle them more efficiently. – Chris Quinby, Vice President and CFO of Warlock Athletics

Using the framework made famous by Stephen Covey’s “7 Habits of Highly Effective People,” Sal Calta and Steve Lant will discuss their personal approaches to managing yourself. Participants will work on their personal mission statement. A panel of regional executives will offer their own lessons and techniques for personal effectiveness. The session will conclude with a keynote address by a prominent executive.

Strategic Planning and Execution Wednesday, February 12 & 26, 2020

Steve Lant will present the key steps in creating and executing a strategic plan, including mission and vision statements, a SWOT analysis, core competencies, and goal setting. Participants will learn how to communicate plans to different audiences and will understand how to measure and communicate progress. Participants will present a strategic initiative relevant to their business, receive feedback from the group, and share experiences with peers. A diverse panel will share their thoughts about how they approach strategic planning.

Executive Communication Wednesday, March 11 & 25, 2020

Sal Calta and Steve Lant will share their techniques for effective executive communication.
