Live Music in July:

• Butterfield Stage: The City of Rogers offers free concerts at the Railyard Live Concert Series. Start July with the Ozark Folk Jamboree, experience Memphis with the Music Export Memphis concert on July 15, then start gearing up for the Railyard Live Jazz and Blues Block Party in August.

Destination Rogers hosted the June 22 Hotel Forecast meeting at Hyatt Place Rogers with 20 attendees. This quarterly get together gathers the Rogers hotelier community to:

• Discuss what’s happening in the community and at Destination Rogers

• Review trends and the latest hotel market performance data

• Share thoughts on past/future market performance and trends

A look ahead: Hoteliers look forward to networking time with each other at these meetings. As lodging professionals, they share best practices and look together at what’s ahead for their community.

By the numbers: Here are some highlights discussed at the meeting:

• Hot 2023 —YTD through March, total Rogers hotel revenue has soared 27.2% ahead of same period in 2022, blowing by pre-covid increases of 3-5%

• End of year outlook: Collective wisdom amongst hoteliers projects an 8% revenue increase for 2023 when comparing to 2022

• Hoteliers planning for BBB: Survey of Rogers hoteliers said they expect to fill nearly 50% of their inventory during the Rogers Bikes Blues and BBQ motorcycle rally.
