The mile-high city of Prescott was once the capital of Arizona in the 1800s and still offers all the charm and history a traveler could want. The infamous “Whiskey Row� is home to a collection of quaint antique shops, locally owned eateries and historic saloons.With great hiking, biking and equestrian trails, as well as more than 700 historic homes and businesses, Prescott is a destination you won’t want to miss.

The Salsa Trail is a group of local restaurants that serve one-of-a-kind Mexican food in a friendly neighborhood atmosphere. In September, the Salsa Fest is held in Safford’s Town Square. The festival celebrates cuisine with food-eating competitions and entertainment.
