enovations are complete at the Delisle Esso and many new services are now available. The renovation involved a complete makeover of the front counter area to accommodate a new kitchen which serves fresh hot meals all day. There is also a new coffee shop area along the front windows with seating, a Boyds coffee station and a slushie machine. New owner, Raj Singh, took over the business last April and wanted to make some changes. “We saw there was a need in the community for food services with consistent hours”, says Singh, “and we decided to invest in some kitchen equipment to provide that”. The equipment includes an amazing new oven, that can make everything from breakfast to burgers to pizzas. The oven technology cooks most meals within 3 - 4 minutes and, unlike a deep fryer, does it all without any oil. “All of our meal are prepared fresh

while you wait”, says Singh, ”and we only use quality fresh ingredients. The hot foods are delicious and without the use of hot oil, they are very healthy”. They have also added a soft ice cream machine, just in time for summer and in the fall Singh plans to introduce a student discount program to provide local students with an affordable lunch option. Breakfast are all under $7 and most other meals like burgers, panini sandwiches, chicken and fish & chips are all under $10. Pizzas are made fresh and are also available hot by the slice along with wings, wedges, poutine and salads for a quick meal to grab on the go. The store also boasts many isles of any grocery items you could need as well as a liquor store which offers a wide selection of wine, spirits and beer, plus cold beverages ready to go. The Right to Bear Arms
e can now add the words Pulse and Orlando to the list of words that will live forever in history as single little words that invoke massive emotion and memories. You know... words like Columbine... Sandyhook... remember the little kids ? ...nice stuff. And again the people governing our poor American neighbors to the south will begin their predictable walk of shame on the world stage. A moment of silence for 49 of their citizens who were senselessly slaughtered while they enjoyed some music and cocktails... followed by an outpouring of public rage and demands for action from their elected leaders. Their leaders will respond with yet more silence, though this time lasting months or even years. Unbroken, even by the daily crack of gunfire that is taking 30 of their citizens to their graves each day. But then the next “largest” mass shooting will start the cycle all over again. The same old debates will also begin... guns don’t kill people, people kill people. Actually guns don’t kill people, bullets kill people. but not because they were thrown at you or you tripped over one on the sidewalk. Usually it is because they were loaded into a high capacity magazine which was then inserted into an automatic or semi-automatic assault- style rifle, after which people can indeed kill people... very effectively too. The defense of allowing these types of weapons in public hands is irresponsible and reprehensible. The debate will then continue that the only way to stop a bad guy with a gun, is a good guy with a gun. Back in the 1970’s Archie Bunker once stated that the way to counteract the hijacking of planes was not to keep guns off the planes, but to hand everyone a gun as they board. Good luck taking over that plane ! Well Archie Bunker was a fictional character in a comedy show and the statement was a joke, but there are many Republican lawmakers in America that work every day to push legislation based on that rational.
I heard a comment the other day... “If you saw a child in a playground hitting other children with a stick, would you give sticks to the other children ?” Well would you ? ....I think not.
ADMINISTRATOR R. M. OF HARRIS NO. 316
With the daily flow from mainstream and social media of violence around the world it might make you think about arming everyone, or at least yourself. But look closer at these other countries where daily violence is taking place. These people don’t want to live like this. They do everything they can to combat it. They don’t want to live in an armed society. They want stable governments in place that can keep the guns out of the hands of the crazies. And if they can’t have that they try to get the hell out of there. By the millions !! But in America, like here, they already have stable government. Elected and paid for by the very citizens they are sworn to protect. Yet when faced with overwhelming public support to take action... they instead do nothing. Regardless of the constitutional arguments, NRA lobbying, political pandering, but the fact remains... they do nothing. Because... they have the constitutional right to bear arms. I recently read about a soccer mom who had a legal gun in her minivan. Somehow it ended up on the floor and her toddler picked it up and shot her through the seat and killed her. Some may say she is wrong to have that gun, but in America... she is right. Actually she is dead right !

Food for Thought To Discard or Not

hile scratching my head for a subject this week, my daughter suggested the problem of separating the disposable and recoverable garbage. It is not a very romantic topic, but vital nevertheless. Her complaint is that despite publicity to the contrary, many, if not most people are careless with the volume and quality of the material separation. The household garbage may seem a small factor in the reduction of pollution but it all adds up. We see movement, particularly Ontario to make major reductions in the green-house gas over-

load while Saskatchewan is concerned with increasing its contribution. It is a measure of how seriously our Premier considers the nation-wide direction. There seems little question but that we are experiencing the first stages of major climate change. Every effort possible from individuals as well as corporations and government must be galvanized in reducing waste and C02 production. That includes you and I. Opinions expressed here are exclusively those of the author.

VILLAGE OF VANSCOY
S
treet repair will be commencing soon – remember to have your vehicles removed from the street so a thorough job can be
done. Some yard waste / bags left in the alleys have not been picked up because either the bags are too large and full or are full of dog feces – in which case the bags have been marked indicating the owner will have to dispose of them. The maximum weight of bags and waste left in the alley should be approximately 40 pounds. Overweight bags will be left in the alley. It is once again time to start thinking about municipal elections. This is the year that the mayor’s chair and all of the councilor’s positions will be up for election. Further advertising will be posted when the time is closer to the Call for Nominations for 5 positions in the Village.

Recently, I stopped an inexperienced female driver who was driving near Vanscoy, operating her car with one hand on the wheel, one hand on her cell phone, meanwhile reading a text. Her head was turned sideways to the right and her eyes were fixed on the phone not the road. When I asked her if the text she was reading was worth losing her life over she looked at me like I was from another planet. When I explained to her further that while you are concentrating on reading the fine print of a text message instead of paying attention to your driving, or watching the road, it is easy to drift a few feet out of your driving lane and into the path of oncoming traffic. Like into the path of a fully loaded semi for example. Then she started to understand where I was coming from. I told her if that situation happens it would likely be the last text message she will ever read. Is it worth it? Please, I ask you take a moment and think about that scenario. Discuss this topic with your teenage children who are now driving. Look at yourself and then ask the same question. Do I text while driving? Why" So, to all of you who happen to read this article I would like to hear your comments about texting. You can let me know your thoughts on this topic. Please write and tell me about all the important text messages that you are sending and/or reading while you are driving. You know, the ones that are so darn gosh important that you can endanger your life, my life, and other motorist's on the roadway lives, because the content of the text is just so important that you have to read, or send, it right then and there. While operating a motor vehicle at 80-100 km/hr on one of our roadways. I would really like to hear one response regarding a text message that was so life shattering and impor-

CHIEF’S CORNER
In almost 30 years as a peace officer in Saskatchewan, I have witnessed a lot of unusual things, some good, some bad, and many that just make you want to shake your head in disbelief. One of the things that really has me shaking my head these days is texting while driving. I just don't get it?
5
Sgt. Murray McCracken RM of Vanscoy Police Chief
tant that it had to be sent, or read, while you were driving. You may be eligible for a prize.
this offence. Your vehicle can be impounded for 30 days and your licence revoked for that same time period.
use a cell phone while driving, unless your vehicle is set up with hands free mobile phone use.
This is why all Police forces across Canada presently have a zero tolerance policy in place when it comes to the use of cell phones while driving. Cell phones while driving are dangerous and they do cause accidents. The stats bare that out. Cell phone related motor vehicle accidents are comparable to, or higher than those incidents related to impaired driving causing accidents. And what is worse, texting while driving occurs all day long where as impaired drivers traditionally are on our roadways after midnight. So, now we have a problem that is occurring at any time of day on our roadways. That is a scary thought.
If thoughts of harming yourself, or someone else doesn't bother you, or the idea of forfeiting money towards paying a ticket for this offence doesn't worry you either, then perhaps the thought of losing your vehicle and licence for a month might get you to think twice about picking up the cell phone while you are driving. All of them are good reasons not to text and yet just the fact that this practice is illegal shouldn't that make you at least stop and think twice before engaging in this activity.
The Chief has hands free Bluetooth in all of his vehicles and uses them to make and receive phone calls while driving. I recommend you do the same. If texting has over taken your life and you are looking for a way to escape the trap that seems to envelope those who are habitual texters perhaps this article has given you some encouragement to veer clear of that addiction. At least for the times while you are driving in your car. Just enjoy the ride, the scenery, the peace and quiet, and the feeling that you are driving legally instead of being tied to the phone. Enjoy a little privacy in your life.
My normal route of traffic as many of you who know me, or have seen me on patrol, generally takes me up and down highway 14 several times a day. This usually occurs during the high peak of morning and afternoon traffic periods. It is astonishing how many of you never actually see me, you know who you are, because your eyes are leveled about 8 inches below the steering wheel! What is going on down there that I see so many of you fixated on that spot? Well, we can all speculate about that and have a good old time making up excuses and stories as to what it is you are looking at, but we all know the downwards glance is just about one thing. Texting. So, again I must ask why? Why, and for so many reasons I ask you why. First off, why would you endanger your life for a moment of short lived satisfaction that you sometimes derive from a simple inconsequential and completely unimportant text message? Why would you risk causing an accident over such a mindless exercise? The next big question is why would you risk being charged and ticketed for such an offense? The Traffic Safety Act under section 241.1 makes it an offence to use electronic communications devices and equipment while driving. The ticket is expensive with the first offence costing you $280.00. To put that into perspective you just lost one to two days pay. Secondly, there are serious ramifications if you are caught a second time for
Perhaps, the best reason of all to stop doing this is you won't need to show me that guilty look you have when I see you sneaking a text. You know the one I mean, the feeling that reminds you of when you were back in grade 3 and the teacher caught you doing something and then made you stand in the corner while all the other kids laughed. Isn’t' that what being pulled over on the highway by the Police for some infraction you got caught committing feels like. You instantly get mad at yourself and say you won't do it again. Well then, don't. Don't
I will leave you with one last thought, there is a great line from my favourite movie, American Graffiti, that was made by John Milner when he proclaims; "driving is a serious business." That is so true. Driving is not a privilege, it is a responsibility. So, be responsible while you are driving and help to make our roads a safer place. The Chief

Quality & Quanity - Finding Balance When Making Hay
F
or many producers, making hay is a feat that plays a pivotal role in the success of their operation and its ability to remain viable throughout the change of seasons. Making hay often occurs with two main goals in mind; maximizing quantity and quality. Finding the balance between high yields and maintaining a strong nutritional factor can be tricky when deciding the optimum time for cutting your forages for hay. Determining an end use for the hay will be the first step in determining when to cut for hay making. Animals with a higher nutritional requirement, such as dairy cattle, will require higher quality hay versus animals with a lesser nutritional requirement, like dry cows. Legume and grass forages typically are higher in protein and digestibility at earlier vegetative stages and tend to decline in quality as they mature. Conversely, dry matter will accumulate the longer the plant remains actively growing, increasing tonnage and quantity yields; Quality decreases with maturity and quantity increases. It is important to consider these relationships once it has been determined what quality of hay is required for animals to perform at maximum production. For most cow/calf producers, maximizing yields before losing feed quality is typically the goal when determining optimum cutting stages. The intersection between maximum yield and maximum quality usually occurs at 10 percent bloom stage on alfalfa and late boot to early heading stages for grasses. Alfalfagrass mixed stands should be cut based on the alfalfa stage of maturity. Hay quality and quantity will also be impacted during the hay making processes after cutting has occurred. Hay freshly cut will begin to lose quality immediately because the plants continue to respire until dried, utilizing stored starch and sugar. Rain will also cause an affect by allowing for excess respiration, soluble nutrients to be leached from the plants and leaf losses may occur. Cutting stage, dry down times, and weather are just a few factors impacting hay quality and quantity. All of these variables make it impossible to visually estimate the quality of the hay, making feed tests an invaluable tool in creating well balanced rations for livestock. The Saskatchewan Ministry of Agriculture, Central Testing Laboratories and Saskatchewan Peavey Mart locations are working together to promote the importance of feed testing though the Saskatchewan Forage Harvest Challenge. For more information regarding hay harvesting, contact your Regional Forage Specialist.
P
lant Tissue testing is an inexpensive and reliable tool for determining the nutrient status of crops. Knowing the nutrient concentrations of your crop is valuable information for planning and modifying plant nutrient programs to ensure that top yields are produced each year. Plant tissue tests also aid in diagnosing problems in a field in season. Nutrient deficiencies can occur due to a number of reasons such as nutrient imbalances, environmental conditions, herbicide residue or disease and can sometimes be hard to recognize. Even if a field looks good hidden hunger can be present. Hidden hunger is an industry term used to describe a crop where nutrient levels are not at optimum but the crop is showing no symptoms or signs of deficiency. In other cases nutrient deficiency is more obvious and plants display symptoms such as discoloration, stunted growth or lodging. Plant tissue sampling is a great agronomic tool when determining the cause of a problem field and should be used in combination with a soil test when making management decisions. When taking plant tissue samples it is important to consider where in the field and at what growth stage to take the sample. If the crop is poor and is showing patchy growth it is recommended that one plant and one soil sample be taken from both a “good” and “bad” area. If overall the crop is poor, one plant and one soil sample will be sufficient. Testing for hidden hunger early in the growing season allows for corrections to be made to your nutrient program in time for the growing season, such as with foliar applications or side dressings. Early sampling is often from tillering to leaf sheath lengthening in cereals, rosette stage in oilseeds, and in vegetative stages of pulses and forages. Plant tissue sampling can be done throughout the season and usually includes testing from flag leaf to head fully emerged stages in cereals, late flowering to pods formed/filling in oilseeds and pulses, and during late flowering in forages. For high-value crops such as sugar beets, corn and potatoes it is common to take multiple plant tissue samples throughout the growing season to ensure optimal nutrients levels are being met. In order to get the best lab results it is essential to take and ship the samples correctly and always use an accredited laboratory. The best time to take plant tissue samples is early in the morning to avoid any heat stress during the day. It is also recommended to avoid damaged plants such as those affected by hail or frost. When it comes to shipping, it is important that samples are sent in the correct containers (such as paper envelopes) and with the appropriate paper work.

POTENTIAL CANADA POST STRIKE JULY 2016
anada Post and the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) have been working towards a new contract but as of the deadline for this article have been unsuccessful in reaching an agreement. As a result, starting Saturday July 2 Canada Post will have the right to lock out employees, and workers will have the right to undertake job action. If this occurs then postal service will be disrupted. Mooney Agencies wants to ensure that you do not experience a lapse in your insurance coverage due to an expired policy or non-payment of premium. 5 WAYS SELLERS SABOTAGE THEIR OWN SALE
A
re you selling your home? Every Seller wants the same thing, selling their house for the most amount of money possible and as quick as possible. The REALTOR also wants the same things too but there are usually two things that can prevent that from happening…price and Condition. If your house hasn’t sold yet, maybe one of these 5 reasons are why. Mistake #1: Thinking your house is special As a homeowner, you are proud of your home and even think that because of all the money and details that you have put into the house . If you put all that money into the house it must be worth the money right? Wrong. A Seller must understand that your house isn’t special to anyone else but you. When they look at the custom wood, they may think of how much to refinish them and the custom wall paper…how much to remove them. Having a as neutral of a property, decluttered , repaired in good condition and the landscape well maintained are key to fast and high return on your sale. Mistake #2: Thinking you are a Salesperson As a Seller you may think you are being helpful by sticking around during a showing as they cannot possibly know all the special details of your home but in fact you are harming the sale by being there. They may find you annoying and putting the prospective Buyers in an awkward situation. The best thing to do is leave the home when it is being shown and give the Buyers space. Mistake #3: Thinking they will come back When you decide to sell your house you often find yourself busy and stressed then your Agent calls and asks to schedule a showing, which is the last thing you want.
You then have two choices… Options A: Plead for the showing to be rescheduled for another day as you mistakenly assume that the Buyers and their Agent will rearrange their schedules to suit yours. Or Option B: You remind yourself that you want your home sold and these Buyers may only have the next hour or so to see as many homes as possible before making a decision because they are relocating from somewhere else. The wise decision is to never go with Option A. No matter what kind of day you are having, you need to accommodate the Buyers, as they are the ones with the money. The Buyers rarely come back at a better time so embrace the decision of selling and work with the Buyers. Mistake #4: Not being willing to negotiate So you got an offer on your home, and you accepted it! Congrats! Regardless of how long your home had been on the market or what the final terms are, this is exciting because it means all the showings are over and you’re roughly 30 days away from closing. After a home inspection, the Buyer may ask for help with the cost of the some repairs needed, which is normal. The Buyer and Seller then have to meet in the middle so both are satisfied. If you decide not to renegotiate and put it back on the market, it could sit and then you still need to disclose to the new Buyers what you have learned through their inspection. The first offer is usually your best so try to remember that and work with the Buyer you have. Mistake #5: Showing off your pets You must remember that not everyone likes pets. Some people are allergic and/or have sensitive noses. When you are selling your home and you have
pets, you have to make the home look and smell as if you have no pets at all. You need to get all their belongings out of sight. The first impression of the house is a lasting one so make sure it isn’t a deal breaker. In summary, try to remember that your house is just a house to someone else.
Keep the home clean, declutter, keep pets unnoticeable, yard trimmed, stay away and most of all listen to your professional REALTOR with what they think you should do. If you don’t get paid, neither do they! Article written by Sarah D’Hondt and submitted by Jocelyne Petryshyn, REALTOR with RE/MAX Shoreline Realty.

PEACEFUL HEALING WITH KAREN
Pike Lake School Year End Report
W
e have officially closed off our 2015-2016 school year! It was a fast year with many, many learning activities and events for both the students and staff alike! The year was full of firsts, of traditions and unexpected challenges that we acknowledged, embraced and learned from! Most importantly, we had tons of fun as we progressed through our educational year! We are sad to say goodbye to Kyla Siewert who departed our school at the end of June. Kyla has a quiet demeanor and is a very wise and caring teacher who draws the best from her students. Her unobtrusive teaching methods demonstrate a safe classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and camaraderie amongst classmates in both the academic and social settings. Her strong, creative and exceptional teaching style goes beyond what is expected from a teacher, which in turn engages and inspires students to want to learn and be their best. We wish her much luck as she embarks upon a new experience teaching in Hague Elementary School. They are quite fortunate to have such an amazing teacher coming their way! Margo Knittig will be parting from our school at the end of June to fully enjoy a carefree summer. Margo is a gentle, kind and calm EA who softly nurtures the students she is in contact with. Her positive, practical, caring demeanor and attitude towards fairness and acceptance of all kinds was demonstrated each day she was here. Margo is passionate about her opportunity to make a difference with the students in our school and is a wonderful role model to us all. She has provided much enjoyment for the staff by actively contributing to our daily routines with happiness, fun ideas and potlucks! We are thankful to both of these ladies for their esteemed contributions to our school over the years. There will be a void as we start our new school year in the fall but we are grateful we had these two amazing ladies be a part of our school family. We already have plans in place for some exciting changes to our school year in 2016-2017! Pike Lake School is shifting to an experience based learning model of education where students gain knowledge and learn through experience! Our goal is to engage our students in all domains, not just their intellect, but also their senses, feelings and personalities. Students within our school will be spending a good portion of school learning outdoors, not only on the school grounds but also within our community! This fall will be an inspiring transformation for our school family so watch for more news as we step into a new beginning with our academic year! Sunshine warmth, bright smiles and happy thoughts are our wishes for you and your family this summer! See you in September! Upcoming events: September 1 – First Day of School September 2 - First Kindergarten Day of School September 15 – SCC Welcome Back BBQ in cooperation with PLSCA Activity Registration Night

Healing with Energy W
Submitted by Karen MacEwan
hat exactly is Energy work? Energy work is not new-age healing. Quite the contrary! Healing with energy has been practiced for thousands of years. Reiki, Acupuncture, Acupressure, Crystal Therapy, Chakra Healing, Pranic Healing are a few examples of the many modalities available to choose from. What they all have in common is that they are all working with/drawing from Universal Energy. With the introduction of modern medicine in the past couple centuries, healing with energy experienced a decline. What we are now experiencing in the last couple decades is a resurgence of energy workers, the benefits of healing from natural sources, a renewed recognition for the value these modalities offer towards healing. To be sure there is no misunderstanding with what I am saying; it is my belief that energy work and modern medicine both play an integral role towards healing. I do not believe modern medicine should be replaced by energy work, or vice versa, to not disclaim the benefit of either but instead to recognize the value of utilizing both energy work and modern medicine to attain healing – mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Energy work and modern medicine compliment each other. It is my belief that dis-ease has three components that contribute to someone’s suffering: (1) physical, (2) emotional or (3) both physical and emotional. Those times where medical intervention has successfully repaired the body, yet pain remains is an indication to me that there is an element of emotional healing that requires attention. It is always interesting to work with people who are skeptical and then hear about their experiences after a session. Here are a few excerpts from clients who posted reviews on my Facebook page, Peaceful Healing with Karen: “I have to admit, that I went into my session with much skepticism. I have always been very hesitant to just put my faith in the unknown … In some ways it's hard to explain exactly what did happen, but perhaps the end result is the most beneficial component that I could express. I felt completely relaxed, my mind was able to settle down and not be running 100 miles a minute, and perhaps most of all I was able to deal with some self enlightenment and a course of direction that I wanted to take.” “As I laid there relaxing and willing to give it a shot thinking nothing would happen, I was not prepared for what did happen. And I have to say I am likely the BIGGEST skeptic there is!!! I was in shock and now a believer. But what was to come as to the effects of how I was to feel in the days to come was even better!” “I also had the opportunity to experience Bars. Very different to this skeptic. I can say that I felt very relaxed, confused about my feelings and wondering what the heck.... Well the calm and understanding came later as I replayed the session in my head later.. Wow how insightful.” People want proof that the treatments are beneficial. As a practitioner, I wanted to document what the benefits actually are. During the months of March and April 2016 I conducted a study with 5 volunteers - 2 women, 3 men. One was known to me, 4 were strangers. The intent of the study was, but not limited to, document the healing benefits of Access Bars sessions. Access Bars is body process accessing 32 points on the head that trigger different areas in your psyche that allows you to release ‘stuff’. I compare this body process to defragging your computer or to resetting an overloaded breaker in a breaker box. Other modalities I practice that were also utilized during this study were Nine Star Ki, an astrology based on nature; Face Reading, used in Ancient Chinese medicine; Crystal Therapy, utilizing crystals and gems; Reiki, ancient Japanese healing practice; and Aromatherapy. Each participant received 5 1-hour sessions in a 4 week period. An entry questionnaire was completed prior to their first session; an exit questionnaire was completed approximately 3 weeks past their last session. The entry and exit questionnaires are identical with 50 descriptors for the participant to choose from, rating from 1(low) to 5(high) how that particular descriptor negatively impacted their life. The descriptors that were not applicable to them were simply marked as N/A. The descriptors are as follows: Anxiety, loneliness, numbness, denial, sadness, shame, sick a lot, fear,
anger, feeling stuck, trouble connecting with others, depression, irritable, lack of focus, marital problems, control issues, easily startled, overly vigilant about safety, career issues, memory loss, trouble relaxing, indecision, grief, volatile, guilt, insomnia, brain fog, bad dreams, flashbacks, lack of direction, aggression towards others, disconnected, physical pain, worry, trust issues, avoidance, lethargic, feeling lost, muscle tension, vulnerability, isolation, suicidal thoughts, hopelessness, overly alert, restlessness, low self-esteem, fear of intimacy, alcohol/drug abuse, feeling pressured, mood swings. The chart below represents a breakdown of the data collected from each of the participant’s comparison of their Entry to their Exit questionnaires. This shows the improvement, in their opinion, in relation to the descriptors they chose. Example: Client A related with 14 of the 50 descriptors, showing 20% improvement in 5 chosen descriptors, 40% in 2 descriptors, 60% in 4 descriptors, 80% in 2 descriptors. 0% with 1 descriptor.
Questionnaires were also completed between sessions 1 through 4 to gauge when they experienced improvement. Each of the participants experienced positive change after their first session with the commonality being that they felt calmer and experiencing less brain fog. Some continued to experience continual improvement, some maintained throughout. Some who experienced trauma in their life during the 4-week period of treatments experienced both improvement and decline between sessions. Participants were asked about their experiences during their sessions and what benefits they felt they received. The following are quotes or key words they used: • “Very relaxing.” (This was reported from all participants) • “First time in 30 years I was able to lie down and go right to sleep.” • “Meditative” • “Pleasant experience.” (during sessions) • “Enjoyed Aromatherapy.” • “Calmer within self.” • “Enlightening” • Improved relationship. • “Not going down that ‘bad’ road.” • “More awareness of my surroundings and energy level.” • “Getting more control back.” • “Less pressure.” • “Validating self-awareness of capabilities.” • “Feels like detoxing, letting emotions out.” • “Not on emotional rollercoaster.” • “More aware of inner self.” • “Absolutely worthwhile.” • An opportunity to ‘share’ (talk) openly. • So relaxed after a session they felt like Jello. • “Zen” • “Release” • “Awareness of others.” • “A feeling of being transformed.” Although this study was done based on the modalities that I work with, please remember that each ‘Lightworker’ provides a different version of the same thing – accessing Universal Energy to provide healing – Mentally, Emotionally, Physically or Spiritually – bringing peace, harmony and balance to your life. I hope that this article and my recent study have brought some insight as to the benefits of Energy Healing. With the abundance of practitioners and modalities to choose from, my advice for finding the right practitioner for you is to do your research, look for reviews and referrals from trusted friends. Most importantly, follow your instincts. That’ll always be your best indicator. Wishing you peace, harmony and balance.
