JUSTICE for

Churchill Cleaners

FIGHT FOR £15

WHY YOUR TRAINS AND STATIONS ARE NOT BEING PROPERLY CLEANED TODAY Today your trains and stations are not being properly cleaned because rail cleaners are on strike. We don’t want to be on strike but we desperately need a proper pay rise and our employer is unwilling to meet our claim. Many of us are on the National Minimum Wage and we don’t get sick pay, which means we have to come into work when we’re ill. Our employer is a company called Churchill. Last year they made a profit of £10 million and in the pandemic, they paid their shareholders a £12 million dividend. But they keep us on poverty pay and we can’t make ends meet in this cost-of-living crisis. We’ve tried negotiating but now we’re forced to strike. Churchill are hoping to starve us back to work. We know how important it is that trains and stations are cleaned and we want to get back to work but we need a fair pay offer from Churchill to help us through the cost of living crisis.
