The new Compensation Plan is a game changer. It is more lucrative and more rewarding for all newcomers. If you know of someone who is “thinking about it,” tell them now is the time. Richway has been in business for over 20 years, we understand what works and what does not. We decided to go back to the drawing board and doubled down on what makes Richway special. Along your way to the top, you will find more bonuses and more rewards. And for those that love challenges, we have those too. Keep on reading to learn about some of the highlights of the new Compensation Plan. Achievement Levels Updated We made leveling up easier and more streamlined than ever before. It’s difficult to stress the importance of speed in business. With the pace that society takes, we have to do whatever it takes to make sure you succeed. Now, ISAs only need to focus on making sure they

generate Business Volume. As long as you sell, you’ll level up! Increased Commissions and Bonuses Compensation is one of the most important factors when it comes to attracting and keeping the best distributors. With Richway, there is no limit to how much you can earn. It comes to no surprise why so many distributors choose Richway! We understand it can be a little scary doing something new. We believe any quality salesforce is an appreciating asset. The fastest way to build confidence in new ISAs is to help them get a taste of what it’s like to be part of the Richway family. New ISAs can take advantage of our improved commission payouts. That’s not all! We learned how effective the Ice Breaker Bonus is for new ISAs. New ISAs can look forward to even more commission to get you started. Ice Breaker Bonus is now a permanent addition to the Compensation Plan. However, we made it even better. With this new Ice Breaker Bonus, ISAs no longer need to meticulously plan out their first four (4) sales. Now, all new ISAs will earn 20% in commissions and 20% in Product Certificates for their first 45 days. Product Certificates Product Certificates are one of Richway’s most valuable and unique benefits. As a Richway ISA, you’ll be seeing these everywhere. Product Certificates play an integral role in

4 growing your business by directly discounting the price of your products. We know that many ISAs purchase their own products for the sake of being able to demo it for their customers. We want to get demo products in as many hands as possible. When it comes to purchasing sample products for the sake of demoing or presenting, Product Certificates are just as valuable as cash. With the new Compensation Plan, not only will Business Centers generate cash bonuses, but ISAs can start expecting Product Certificates as well. We are practically doubling the amount of Product Certificates that you, as ISAs receive, as well as lowering the amount needed for a purchase. Not having enough Product Certificates are a problem of the past. New Diamond Club Challenges

the option to sign up for the Diamond Club. ISAs get a range of benefits from increased Product Certificates to discounted products. Want to earn even more? One of our most exciting changes are all the new ways ISAs can earn more cash and bonuses. Having money is nice, but making money is fun! With the release of the new Compensation Plan, ISAs can look forward to many brand-new challenges! The M12 and M18 Bonus are two new types of bonuses available to Diamond Club members. ON THE ROAD TO FAST SUCCESS The new Compensation Plan instills each new Independent Sales Associate with A Thrill of Hope. The action starts right from the get-go. Now, you will have the most rewarding experience on your way to the top. The Fast Success Bonus program motivates you to move ahead as quickly as possible. Why? Because after your first 30 days of joining, you are eligible to receive special bonuses available only to new ISAs. How does the Fast Success Bonus program work? You only need a few sales under your belt to take advantage of this once in a lifetime program. When you achieve the rank of Gold Executive ISA or higher, you will unlock the opportunity to earn A LOT MORE! After your first 30 days, check your rank in the BackOffice. Your rank will determine the Fast Success Bonus table you are locked into. Each time you receive a Binary Bonus, you will also receive a Fast Success Bonus and Fast Success Product Certificate (PC) Bonus. This amazing program starts I L O V E B I O M AT ®

automatically after 30 days. For the next 10 weeks, you can receive these bonuses up to a maximum of six (6) times.

THE FAST SUCCESS BONUS The Fast Success Bonus is an exciting program that rewards all new ISAs who are motivated to build their Richway business. Other companies only reward you when you reach the top, at Richway we do things differently. We want you to be the best you can be and compensate you all along the way. The Fast Success program will reward you every time you receive a Binary Bonus payout. Just take a look at the example of Jane to see how easy it is.

Jane tried the Biomat® at a trade show. She was so happy with the experience, she purchased a Biomat® Professional for herself. As a Richway customer, she will have three Business Centers (BC) placed for her by her sponsor.

DAY 1                              After learning about the new Compensation Plan, Jane signed up and became an Independent ISA. She is excited to build her business and provide the soothing benefits of the Biomat® to her community.

Compensation Plan offers. As a new ISA, she will receive a 20% commission and a 20% PC on all sales during her first 45 days. She can also receive Fast Success Bonuses if she is promoted to Gold Executive ISA or higher within her Jane’s sponsor explained to first 30 days. Excited, she went out her all the advantages the new and started promoting the Biomat®.

DAY 10                              DAY 20                              Jane sells her first Biomat ® Professional. She receives a 20% commission and a 20% PC. Since she reached $1,500 in Personal Business Volume (PBV), she is promoted to Partner ISA.

Jane sells her second Biomat® Professional. She makes 20% commission and 20% PC.

Jane places her customer’s three BC on her BC 002 left leg.

Jane places her customers’ three BC under Rob Doe’s BC 002 left leg.

DAY 30                              Jane sells her third Biomat® Professional. Jane places her customer’s three BCs on her BC 003 right leg. Jane has now reached $4,500 in PBV. She is promoted to Gold Executive ISA. She receives a $400 PC for reaching Gold and makes a 20% commission and 20% PC.

At this level, she is entitled to Binary Bonus payouts and can take advantage of the Fast Success Bonuses!

DAY 31                              The Fast Success Bonus program automatically starts. Since Jane became a Gold Executive ISA by the end of her first 30 days, she will use the Gold Executive ISA table to determine her Fast Success Bonuses and Fast Success PC Bonuses. For the next 10 weeks, she is eligible to receive up to six (6) additional bonuses! Jane’s BC 001 has 6:3. Jane needs 3 more points on her right leg to get a Binary payout. ISSUE 1

DAY 32                              Jane sells her fourth Biomat® Professional. Jane places her customer’s three BCs on Jill Doe’s 002 left leg. Jane has now reached $6,000 in PBV. She makes a 20% commission and 20% PC. With Jane’s fourth sale, her BC 001 reaches 6:6, and she receives her first Binary Bonus payout. Jane receives a $400 Binary Bonus, $400 Binary Bonus PC, and a Tier One Fast Success Bonus and Fast Success PC Bonus. The next time Jane gets a Binary payout on her Business Center 001, her next Fast Success Bonus will come from tier two. She can do this a maximum of six times within 10 weeks.

*This example is based on the Biomat® Professional Business Volume of $1,700. The Binary Tree model is not representative of the typical Binary Tree and was kept simple for illustrative purposes. ISAs employ different strategies when designing their Binary Tree. Consult with your upline for best advice.
