Large scale R & D projects will be done on site while minor projects are distributed to corporate
HQ from multiple break-in attempts to steal their new ‘cash crop.’
Planetary Zoning requires large corporate businesses to built in the Business District of Coruscant with a maxium footprint of one MegaBlock. Building Codes state the structure’s foundation must utilize existing structures as you build on top of them. Maxium building heights are limited to the existing structures load compacity requiring large surface around footprints for tall buildings. Because of this, Corp Co. is looking at utilizing a Block (≈ ¼ of a MegaBlock) allowing construction heights to reach 5,000 ft. Typical story heights are 12-24ft high allowing for a maxium of 208-416 floors.
