A screen capture takes place. -

Where did the photo go? What is the photo called? The Snapshot or screen capture is located within your documents tab in TrialPad. Just click on the “document” category at the top left side of your case, scroll down to your snapshot. Please note: Naming convention The file will be called “Video Frame” and a corresponding number indicating the number of photos taken.
Renaming “Video Frame” -
To rename your screen capture – Select Edit at the top – next to your case name The screen changes to a different view You now see a set of circles on the left-hand side of each file and folder. Tap on the circle next to the file you would like to edit. At the bottom of the column where your exhibits reside there are three (3) rectangles and a trash can. Tap the “rename” button When you tap on “rename” a box appears where you can rename the file. Tap on the “name” box and your keyboard appears. ***Please note: You can mark the documents as exhibits and place stickers on the document at the same time as the renaming process. Thomas G. Once you type in your info, select done on the keyboard. The document/file/folder is renamed.

Duplicate If you use the same “edit” routine, you can instead of renaming – select duplicate – and a copy of the file appears, but the extension says, “copy.”
Why would you use this? -
Pretreat and have a copy labeled with an exhibit sticker.
Please look at your options -
We used the same technique to edit the file, but instead of changing the name, we used the “Exhibit” block and added an Exhibit number.
More options: Choose any of the four colors for the sticker background Choose any of the four (4) corners to place the sticker Highlight – “Key Doc File” By selecting the “key” on the top right-hand side, a copy of the document is entered into the Key Doc Files. Please note: Exhibit naming convention: The exhibit number appears on the right side of the newly marked exhibit Search Looking for a specific doc? Use the “search documents” bar. Start typing some part of the document name or exhibit number and you will see a listing of documents appear. Creating a Folder * Naming the Folder * Selecting a color or symbol for the Folder In your documents folder, tap on the “+” sign on the bottom left. “New Folder” appears in the dialogue box. Backspace on your keyboard to remove the words “New Folder” and type in whatever you would like to name the folder.
