THE BALSAMIC PEARLS AND VINEGARS OF THE GIUSTI HOUSE The history of Modena balsamic vinegar is inseparable from that of the Giusti family. For 4 centuries, this world-renowned Italian house has been perpetuating the tradition of grape must grown in the Modena region, cooked on direct heat and slowly acetified in precious wood barrels. The fermentation and oxidation processes are natural and extremely complex. Their products, which have won numerous gold and silver medals, are a must in gourmet cuisine to bring more originality to your festive dishes, even in pastries!
