A NOTE FROM GREATER ROCHESTER CHAMBER, OUR PROGRAM HOST:
Each November, we come together to honor the Greater Rochester Chamber Top 100 companies at one of the biggest parties and networking celebrations of the year. This chance to come together and celebrate the greatness that is driving our region forward is one of our favorite traditions at Greater Rochester Chamber. In a world where we are so often divided in so many ways, this year, it is more important than ever to unite and recognize each of these 100 companies.
Our Top 100 companies are powerful engines, contributing to and growing our regional economy. Their successes are powered by their employees, their leadership, and of course their customers. In spite of the challenges faced at the micro and macro levels, these companies are thriving and growing, hiring more employees and creating more opportunities. We are all grateful for their contributions to this region and the people who call it home.
Since the 1800s, the Greater Rochester region has been hailed as a hub for innovation. Each year, we continue to reinvent ourself as a region through breakout new companies, exciting new developments from industrial icons, and new strategic and working relationships being built each day. Every time our region is presented with a new opportunity, we rise to the challenge and create opportunities, in large part thanks to the entrepreneurial mindset character of this community. In 2024, we all came together for the once-in-a-lifetime total solar eclipse, and in spite of some clouds in the sky, the partnership, education, and regional pride this eclipse brought led to a 31% increase in tourism and millions of dollars added to the regional economy.
The 2024 Greater Rochester Chamber Top 100 companies employ over 20,000 people around the country, with 13,000 of them being right here in the Greater Rochester region. This year, these companies generated over $4.7 billion in revenue, which has had an unquestionable impact on our regional economy. As the region’s number one resource for talent, advocacy, and business support, Greater Rochester Chamber is proud to convene this group of companies and executives to not just celebrate their growth, but to showcase their diversity, vibrancy, and innovation as an inspiration for each other and the thousands of other growing companies located in our region.
I want to extend our thanks to all of tonight’s sponsors. Their support and investment in excellence made this celebration possible. Thank you to ESL Federal Credit Union for their ongoing support as our presenting sponsor, our reception sponsor M&T Bank, and KPMG for their continued partnership in tabulating results. Additional thanks to premier sponsors Evans Bank, Paychex, and T-Mobile, our program partners, 13WHAM/Fox/CW, Audacy, Democrat & Chronicle, Constellation Brands, Floreano Convention Center, On Services, and all of our corporate and supporting sponsors.
And of course, congratulations to each of the remarkable companies on our Greater Rochester Chamber Top 100 list! On behalf of the whole team at Greater Rochester Chamber, I want to recognize each of these organizations for the way they uplift both individuals and our whole region. The rapid growth experienced by all of these companies would not be possible without providing great service to customers, great opportunities to employees, and great service to our vibrant region. You should all be proud of all your accomplishments, which are helping to propel the Greater Rochester region to a new level of success and acclaim. Enjoy celebrating tonight with your teams - it is well-earned!
Cheers to our 2024 Greater Rochester Chamber Top 100, and here’s to continued growth and innovation in 2025!

CELEBRATING EXCEPTIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS AND CONTRIBUTIONS
We are pleased to come together once again to celebrate the achievements of the 2024 Greater Rochester Chamber Top 100. This year’s list showcases the ever-evolving landscape of companies in the region and boasts a combined total revenue of over $4.7 billion for the most recent fiscal year. The measurement period for this year’s program spans from 2021 through 2023, providing a comprehensive view of how the region navigated supply chain challenges and other impacts many companies experienced after emerging through the pandemic.
Notably, this year’s list includes 45 companies that were not included in the previous year’s list, including 7 of the top 20. Only 14 companies have made the list for the each of the past five years, and even fewer (4) have made it for each of the past ten years. This underscores the impressive consistency needed to thrive in our region’s competitive business landscape.
In terms of industry representation, service (+7), technology (+5), financial services (+4) and construction (+1) companies outperformed retail (-2), wholesale/ distribution (-6) and manufacturing (-9) businesses on the 2024 Top 100 list. Construction companies make up five of the top ten, indicating a promising trend for future growth in the region.
Once again, the 2024 Greater Rochester Chamber Top 100 is a testament to the resilience and adaptability of the region’s business community. Despite the challenges posed by today’s pace of change, companies have demonstrated their capacity to thrive and seize new opportunities. We extend our congratulations to all the companies on the list and wish them continued success in their endeavors.

BREAKING THE MOLD: NON-TRADITIONAL CAREER PATHS FUELING GROWTH IN THE WORKFORCE
Talented individuals are the key drivers of innovation in today’s fast-paced world of work. Both in Greater Rochester and around the country, organizations are struggling to connect with the high-quality talent that they need to continue to grow and innovate. In addition to the new roles that need to be filled in the rapidly changing 21st century economy, we are facing an aging workforce, with thousands of workers slated to retire in the coming years. In order to continue to propel our region and our country forward, we must embrace alternative models for hiring and career development.
For many years, the path to what’s been considered a successful career has started with a four-year degree, followed by climbing the corporate ladder from entry-level roles up. It’s time to reshape this mindset and expand the opportunities for individuals of all backgrounds. This shift cannot be done by one individual company or organization, but instead requires us to come together to collectively change the culture in our communities. Each individual company must play its part for their own good, and for the good of our region.
This comes in many forms: consistently working to eliminate bias and ensure equitable hiring practices, shifting requirements for career opportunities and advancement opportunities to include alternative qualifications including military service, developing training programs such as apprenticeships or internships, and so many more. A college degree is far from the only way to add value to organizations, and we must work together with industry partners as well as public sector leaders to shift this mindset for generations to come. Working together instead of competing to build a stronger workforce pipeline is paramount to our success moving forward.
Right here in Greater Rochester, we are already reaping the benefits of partnership with our allies in Buffalo and Syracuse as part of the NY SMART I-Corridor Federal Tech Hub. As we continue to deepen the region’s reputation as a national hub for advanced manufacturing and semiconductor chip production, our very own Monroe Community College will be leading workforce development efforts. The goal is to close critical gaps in hiring, especially for populations that have been historically excluded from tech and manufacturing through the firstin-the-nation STEP UP initiative, which will feature expanded apprenticeship and training opportunities.
This is an inspiring example of the innovation that can result from partnerships and strategic investment. However, these efforts are not limited to manufacturing – each company on the 2024 Greater Rochester Chamber Top 100 list can further embrace a personalized approach to hiring and non-traditional pathways to work. We challenge our local businesses to identify these opportunities and seize them to further your rapid growth and contributions to the Greater Rochester region and economy. As new career paths and opportunities emerge, shedding preconceived notions that may have underpinned talent management strategies will prove a boon to talent acquisition and retention.
The path forward will require resilience, collaboration, and a commitment to breaking down barriers. By embracing non-traditional career pathways, we unlock potential that is too often overlooked, and we foster a culture of inclusivity, innovation, and growth. Let’s celebrate the diverse talents that are building our workforce and paving the way for a thriving future—one that embraces opportunity in all its forms.

A SPOTLIGHT ON WOMEN, MINORITY, AND VETERAN BUSINESS LEADERS
FUSION DIGITAL
Q&A WITH CO-PRESIDENTS TAYLOR FERRANTI AND ALYSE FERRANTI
1.What does it mean to you to be a leading woman owned company in the Greater Rochester Community? Being a leading woman-owned company in the Greater Rochester Community’s technology industry means championing diversity, innovation, and empowerment while breaking barriers in a traditionally male-dominated field. As co-presidents, we balance strengths and perspectives, fostering collaboration, sound decision-making, and opportunities for others to thrive. It’s about setting an example for other women entrepreneurs, demonstrating that success comes from hard work, teamwork, and a shared vision. Contributing to the local economy by creating jobs and supporting other businesses is central to our mission, as we also work to pave the way for future generations of women leaders.
2. What is an exciting accomplishment your company has achieved in the past year?
An exciting accomplishment this past year was Fusion Digital’s expansion in three key areas: people, place, and process. We strengthened our team by bringing on new employees and grew our customer base, increasing both our reach and capacity. We also moved into a custom-designed office space, complete with a warehouse and a state-of-the-art technology demo room, enhancing our operational capabilities. To further streamline our processes, we invested in a new CRM platform, improving efficiency and customer relationship management. These investments have positioned us for continued growth and success in the technology industry as well as the Greater Rochester community.
INTIVITY
Q&A WITH PRESIDENT & CEO FABRICIO MORALES
1. What does it mean to you to be a leading minority-owned company in the Greater Rochester Community?
Being recognized as a leading minority-owned company in Greater Rochester is an honor that reflects our commitment to diversity, innovation, and community impact. At Intivity, we take pride in creating opportunities, fostering inclusion, and driving economic growth while delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a minority-owned business, we understand the importance of representation and the responsibility we have to inspire others. This recognition strengthens our resolve to continue elevating our team, clients, and community as we grow and contribute to the region’s success.
2. What is an exciting accomplishment your company has achieved in the past year?
One of our most exciting accomplishments this past year was achieving substantial growth over the prior year. What makes this exciting to me is that it has allowed us to expand our team, create new jobs, and deepen our support for nonprofit organizations in the community. This growth not only reflects the dedication and hard work of our team but also reinforces our commitment to making a positive impact in the Greater Rochester area. We’re proud to continue fostering both economic and social growth in the region.
CAREER START
Q&A WITH FOUNDER AND CEO LINDSAY MCCUTCHEN
1. What does it mean to you to be a leading woman owned company in the Greater Rochester Community?
As the founder of a woman-owned company, I take great responsibility and pride in leading it. We’re driven by a profound sense of purpose, ensuring our success benefits the entire community. By focusing on innovation and disrupting traditional staffing models, we’re not just building a business—we’re opening doors for our community and making access to work more streamlined and accessible than ever before. The work we do today will have a lasting impact, and we own that responsibility with a clear sense of purpose that drives us every day.
2. What is an exciting accomplishment your company has achieved in the past year?
One of our most exciting accomplishments this past year was launching our mobile app, WAE, on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. WAE is our on-demand staffing platform that connects businesses with vetted, qualified talent in realtime—think of it as the Uber of staffing. With WAE, businesses can post jobs and instantly connect with candidates, bypassing the traditional delays of staffing agencies. The platform has seen tremendous success in its adoption, proving its ability to deliver qualified talent faster than businesses or agencies could manage on their own. It’s truly transforming how companies meet their staffing needs and how people find meaningful opportunities.
now that’s something to celebrate!
Congratulations to all of the Top 100 winners!

GREATER ROCHESTER CHAMBER LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD
PRESENTED TO B. THOMAS GOLISANO
Greater Rochester Chamber proudly presents its Lifetime Achievement Award to B. Thomas Golisano. A true Rochester icon, Golisano’s impact on our region and its economy is immeasurable. In addition to founding and leading Paychex, Inc., which has brought the Rochester region billions of dollars in economic impact, Golisano has shaped the region through charitable giving of over $775 million, helping hospitals, educational institutions, and many other organizations.
Tom Golisano, — entrepreneur, philanthropist, and civic leader — is the founder of Paychex, Inc., the nation’s largest human resource company for small to medium-sized businesses. Mr. Golisano’s vision, perseverance, and action have left an indelible mark on a broad spectrum of issues that touch our lives - in business, healthcare, education, voter policies, politics, and tax reform. His investments are advancing entrepreneurship and driving the success of numerous businesses and start-ups. His philanthropic contributions to education, hospitals — including three children’s hospitals that bear his name — and numerous other organizations exceed $775 million.
A fierce advocate for dignity and inclusion, in 1985 Tom Golisano applied his pioneering spirit to establish the Golisano Foundation to make the world a better place for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. With more than $120 million in gross assets, it is one of the largest private foundations in the U.S. devoted to supporting programs for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities awarding grants to non-profit organizations in Western New York and Southwest Florida. Mr. Golisano formed and financially supports the Golisano Institute for Business & Entrepreneurship, where students receive a high quality business certificate and write their own entrepreneurial success stories, without having to take on enormous debt. He is the author of two Books, “Built Not Born,” a Wall Street Journal best seller and “The Italian Kid Did It.” His investments have helped drive the success of numerous businesses and start-ups including Greenlight Networks, Kodak, Mykonos Software, Pictometry International, SafeSite, Viridi Parente, Zoom Tan, as well as many others. In 2022, Mr. Golisano established Golisano Institute for Business & Entrepreneurship, a not-for-profit two-year certificate program comprised exclusively of business-related subject matter. Golisano Institute is aimed at reducing the time and cost of a traditional business school education.
“Thomas Golisano has profoundly impacted the lives of so many individuals in our community throughout his career, and thanks to the Golisano Foundation and its giving, he will continue to do so for years to come. His unparalleled philanthropic efforts and business support have been transformational in revolutionizing so many organizations and our economy,” said Bob Duffy, President & CEO, Greater Rochester Chamber, “I am honored to know this world-class leader. On behalf of Greater Rochester Chamber’s board of directors, staff, members, and the whole Greater Rochester region, thank you. We are honored to help recognize your legacy.”
We are honored to celebrate Thomas Golisano and the ways he has shaped Greater Rochester into a thriving and vibrant place to live, work, and grow. The sum of his achievements showcases his expert business acumen, generous community mindset, and outstanding dedication to our region.
