Check for the customer feedbacks, BBB reports complaints registered after the completion of the project. 3. Check to make sure the estimate includes all the things required to get the job done correctly, on budget and on time. 4. Compare the warranty period offered and just what it covers. 5. Ask for clarification for the bids you feel may be high. 6. Check for the services which may not actually be necessary to complete the job and ask them to remove them from the estimate. 7. If you find the estimate is surprisingly cheap, check for the company’s insurance and license details. 8. ALWAYS make sure they are licensed, and insured by the state of Texas.
