The Rockaway Mermaid Brigade, on the other hand, associates the autumn equinox with nautical in spired costumes, organized chaos, and the art parade that brings joy to the entire peninsula. This year’s Poseidon’s Parade will be held on September 17, and promises a re turn to pre-pandemic pleasure. I checked in with the aloof bri gade this week to get some juicy deets on the summer ending strut. The group seemed much more or ganized and focused than in pre vious years. I found out that they already have t-shirts, posters, per mits and party plans. The brigade has teamed up with Junxionnyc, who will host the after party at the 97th Street concessions. I at tempted to contact Junxion’s fear less leader, Mikey Toomy Tooms. Through a notarized press release, he stated, “Yo bro, we got this. I got a big bus and like 35 Dj’s coming. Gunna be lit bro. Rockaway better be ready for this.” Due to the barrage of nev er-ending construction dur ing peak season that seems to plague the Rockaway Peninsu la, the parade will not be able to end at the 95th St plaza. Instead, the 97th Street concessions will be the end of the parade and the beginning of the party. This will move the judging lifeguard chairs to Beach 102, where pa rade participants will be ranked onto the grand pecking order of the official Poseidon legal panel. Next week’s article will focus on this year’s judges and will lend insight into what type of bribes will be necessary to take home a handmade trophy. Stay tuned with The Rockaway Times for more articles over the next couple of weeks, where we will announce the official catego ries. In the meantime, now is the time to start organizing floats, and preparing groups. You can register on Poseidonsparade.com
By Bert Sanders The heatwaves are temporarily on hold, and this fall-like weath er is a sobering reminder of the fleeting nature of the summer sea son we hold so dear in this urban beach paradise. As summer flies and August dies, we must prepare for the inevitable ending to our summer bliss. Most people asso ciate the fall with back-to-school deals, football, and the possibili ty of epic hurricane churned surf.

If at first you don’t succeed try, try again. And then try 29 more times. That’s what the Beach House volleyball team did as the team finally captured a champi onship at the Rockaway Beach Volleyball Finals held last Satur day, August 13. Beach Sessions is back! On Satur day, August 20 starting at 5:30pm, Trisha Brown Dance Company will traverse the shoreline from Beach 97th Street to Beach 110th Street with Trisha Brown: In Plain Site, a program highlighting a se lection of seminal Early Works by Trisha Brown specifically cho sen to respond to the beach and its shoreline, culminating in a re-staging of Brown’s iconic Opal Loop (1980). Audiences are invit ed to follow the dancers as they move along the various sites of Rockaway Beach. This program celebrates Brown’s ongoing source of inspiration - the natural world and its prop erties. Whether on a traditional stage or an outdoor public space, Brown’s dances always achieved vastness and atmosphere that ex tended well past center stage and the moving body. Fluidity, chaos, pressure, gravity, and the organic are always considered in the cho reography, sound and set design. By bringing these dances to the beach, the amalgamation of the natural world, these elements be come active collaborators of the work.Anafter party will be held at The Rockaway Hotel with music by DJ Mickey Perez from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday. The evening before, on Friday, August 19 at 7:30pm at the Arv erne Cinema (72-02 Gouverneur Ave) Beach Sessions is partnering with the Rockaway Film Festival to present the historic experimen tal opera Einstein on the Beach, a 4hr30min production originally created in 1976 by Robert Wilson and Philip Glass. The non-narra tive opera moves through the span of Einstein’s life, from steam en gines to space travel, and breaks all the theatrical rules of opera through with its repetitive motives and rhythmic structures. This season’s programming continues to support Beach Ses sions’ commitment to presenting free public performances in the Rockaways, and offering beachgo ers and Rockaway locals a unique cultural experience at the City’s popular summertime retreat. Both programs are free and open to the public. Audiences are in vited to come in and out as they please.Beach Sessions Dance Series is curated and organized by Sasha Okshteyn. This program is funded by the 7G Foundation and Raus chenberg Foundation with inkind support from The Rockaway Hotel and NYC Ferry. The office was pleas ant along with a friendly and profes sional staff. I’m pleased with the care and professionalism of Dr Artiles. Certainly a needed and appreciated addition to the Peninsula. Liz Haughie Dishonest Act Dear Editor: This week, Congressman Greg ory Meeks touted his vote for the so-called "Inflation Reduction Act." The problem is the new law will ac tually raise inflation for two years before its theoretical benefits kick in. People who are struggling to pay bills need relief now, not in 2024.Instead of coming up with dis honest labels for their new spend ing bills, it's time for career poli ticians to undo the damage done by years and years of reckless spending. Huge spending bills (American Rescue Plan, Build Back Better) may make for great press releases, but the bill comes due for regular citizens. We pay it at the pump, at the grocery store, and when we make back-toschool purchases. Our children and grandchildren will pay the bill for decades to come as they strug gle under the burden of more than $30 trillion in national debt. Clever labels don't hide the truth: Career politicians spend our money so they can stay in power for decades. It's time for a change. By passing a crowded sign at the entrance that nobody could fully read even driving at 10 mph. The part about ticketing and towing is all the way at the Also, bottom.unlike previous years there are no summer Rangers asking people where they are going, in forming them about the restrictive summer parking. This is a National Park. Our Na tional Park. Open to all. Why the strong arm on people who just want to come and actually enjoy it? Stranding seniors and parents out with their children? It is not a good look NPS. Not a good look at all. If you want people to not park, how about putting two big signs right at the end of the T4 parking field, saying ‘Don’t Park Here. You Will Be Towed.’

By Katie McFadden Every summer, lifeguards across the country compete in various lifeguard Olympic events. It’s a tradition Rockaway’s New York City lifeguards haven’t seen since the last official lifeguard Olympics in 2002 and an unofficial attempt in 2006. But some of Rockaway’s longtime lifeguards have taken it upon themselves to bring that tradition back to help inspire the new guards and perhaps show potential future guards why it’s one of the best summer jobs out there. At this comeback Olympics on Tuesday, August 16, 117 Shack showed why they’re the best on theWithbeach.the help of 117 lifeguard Brian Gillen, who couldn’t be there on Tuesday, and Justin Hau sler of 73 Shack, plus some oth er senior guards who remember the joy of competing in lifeguard Olympics early in their careers, the NYC Lifeguard Olympics re turned on Tuesday. “Lifeguards all over the country compete with each other and we kind of stopped doing it, but this is another way to bring all of the lifeguards togeth er. Morale hasn’t been at a high, but the Olympics has always been one of the greatest things about lifeguarding,” Hausler said. “We come back year after year because we love the ocean and it’s impor tant to keep the competitive spirit alive.”That competitive spirit was on full display on Tuesday evening on Beach 132nd Street. Lifeguards from shacks across Rockaway’s beaches came out to give it their best shot in various events. With four gold medal wins, 117 Shack proved they’re the best of the best but 73 Shack came in a close sec ond with three gold medal wins. The wins were earned during dif ferent team and individual events. The evening began with team events including the Reel Rescue, in which 73 Shack took first and NY

117 took second, followed by the 2-Man Rescue, with 117 coming in first, 73 in second and 59 Shack in third. The night ended with a classic tug-of-war, in which 73 Shack took first, 117 took second and 59 took third. The night also included events for guards to show their individ ual strengths. In the 500-Meter Swim, Chris Reilly of 73 Shack took first, followed by Pat O’Toole of 59 Shack, Ramseys of 117 in third and Michael Breslin of 117 in fourth. In the Run Swim Run event, Tim McGuinness of 117 took first, Jus tin Hausler of 73 took second and Robert Butler of 117 took third. In the 500-Meter Paddle, Robert But ler of 117 took the crown while Jus tin Hausler of 73 took second and Leon Barnes of 73 took third. In the Beach Flags event, Tim McGuin ness of 117 came in first, Jack Watt of 73 took second and Leon Barnes of 73 took third (right after an amaz ing solo rescue at work on 98th St.) A great time was had by all at the comeback lifeguard Olympics and the guardians of the Atlantic hope to keep this tradition alive. “We had a great turnout tonight and it was fun, though a little less or ganized than it could’ve been, but as word spreads and people see how much of a good time this is, and how excited people get, and it builds year after year, hopefully it’ll turn into something bigger,” Hausler said.
The picture-perfect day brought out a nice crowd on Sunday, Au gust 14, with kids to adults show ing off their skills in the sand. The event was made possible by The Rockaway Times, in partnership with the NYC Parks Department, which set up the contest area on Beach 109th, and Councilwoman Joann Ariola who stopped by and sponsored some giveaways. With 32 entries in three different age categories, the judges had the impossible task of picking a top five in each category (10 & Under, 11-20 and 21 & Up). This year, our judges were Rock away Times freelance writer and photographer extraordinaire, Nicole Taylor-Lang, the crafty Chief of Staff for Councilwom an Joann Ariola, Phyllis Inserillo, and our friend and former office neighbor, Alex Zablocki, former ly of the Jamaica Bay-Rockaway Parks Conservancy and now with the Fund for Public Housing. We wish everyone could have gone home as a winner as the competition was tough this year, but only the best of the best went home with top prizes. The adult category always impresses, and this year was no different. In first place was Sergio Batane ro with his Gorilla in a Bath. Sec ond was Michael, Saoirse and Ker ri Peyton and Anastasia Kiyonaga and Susan Fraser with their Beach Buddies Selfie display. In third was Carolina Moya and Roxie Ramsey with their Sleeping Tiger. Fourth went to Leah Sloan, Bethany Kivin and Neva Talladeb for their Ham merhead shark. And in fifth was Maddie Messinger and Dwight Gonzales for their Cupid’s Bow. In the 20 & Under category, Ella, Liam, Liz and Chris Gatto’s Little Mermaid earned them first place. In second was Ryan, Emma and Leah White and Keira and Shana O’Hara for their Angry Octopus. Third went to Layla Travers and Lauren Soper for their Moana Crab. In fourth was Grace Leary’s Roxy the Rockaway Mermaid and in fifth was Lourdes and Nat Kalu sha-Aguirre for their Polar Ex press display. In the 10 & Under category, Jus tin McClernon (who just celebrat ed his 10th birthday), earned first for his Rocker Croc. In second was Adam and Gabriel Komo sinski for their Smiley Sea Turtle. In third was Rodriguez London, Ariel and Arianna Murreld and Kelaiah Matthias for their Linda the Octopus. Fourth went to Sir Appleton and Josiah Williams for their Three Tower Village and in fifth place was Michael and Sao irse Peyton for their Happy 12th Birthday cake. Our top three winners got tro phies and certificates sponsored by The Rockaway Times, plus all winners went home with addition al gifts thanks to the generous do nations of local businesses. This year, Rockaway’s powerhouse of a woman, Liz Hanna, was a big help in rounding up prizes from local businesses for the prize pool. The businesses that showed their sup port this year include Bungalow Bar, Rocco’s of Roc Beach, Bagel & Barista Station, Mara’s Ice Cream Parlor, Carvel, Batesy’s, Pico, Ki mo's, Fat Cardinal Bakery, Meat Up Grill, Mazzone, Polly & Esther and Callie’s. All participants also got to enjoy giveaways including medals and Koozies from the RT, sharkcorn from Joann Ariola’s office and little trophies from NYC Parks. Thank you to all of our support ers for making this year’s contest possible, and congratulations to all of the winners!

30 photogs were given the op portunity to take their photos home and some took Rockaway Times t-shirts as congratulations favors. (Those who still need to pick up their photos can do so at the Rockaway Times office 114-04 Beach Channel Drive, weekdays between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.) It’s a great event and we look forward to next year! Keep your eye out for great Rockaway shots. Congratulations to Mike Dier on his First Place win! Dig it. It’s the Photo of the Year, the winner of the 8th Annual Rockaway Times Photo Contest. Congratulations to Mike Dier for this wonderful pic of his son Robert Kelly Dier working on some dunes while heavy equip ment is in the background is set to do the same. (Maybe the Army Corps could use Robert?). Mike wins the grand prize of $500 and bragging rights for at least a year. On Friday, August 12, at a re ception on an outside deck at The Rockaway Times building, photographers who’d placed in the Top 30 gathered for the fi nals. A Top 10 was named two weeks ago and judges had the almost impossible task of select ing the winner, after narrowing it down to a Top 3. Petra Becker’s photo of bikes lined up along the boardwalk in front of beach umbrellas and sunbathers and RoseAnne Gara vuso’s evening photo of docked boats and the Cross Bay Bridge joined Mike Dier’s photo in the Top 3. Judges went back and forth and in this very close con test finally agreed that Dier’s photo was not only great but timely as jetties and beach pro tection projects affect so much of beach life. The Rockaway Times Photo Contest, with co-sponsors Ja maica Bay – Rockaway Parks Conservancy, NYC Parks, and NYC Ferry drew almost a thou sand entries when the contest first launched earlier this year in February. After nine judges settled on a Top 30 – the photos were enlarged to poster-size and displayed on the boardwalk from Memorial Day until last Friday. Another five, Honorable Men tions, were also enlarged and they were placed along the railing at the ferry dock on Beach 108th Street.Atthe Finals Ceremony, all Top HAVE A WINNER!
RoseAnne Garavuso’s photo won Second Place.

By John C. Harris, Interpretive Ranger at Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge A closer look at the Canarsie name reveals certain dynamics between Indigenous communities and colonial settlers. Archeolog ical sites along the northwest of Jamaica Bay suggest Indigenous communities began to inhabit the land 6,000 years ago; one of those groups came to be known as the Canarsie Tribe. However, the Canarsie likely did not refer to themselves as such. According to the self-taught and self-ascribed "Algonkinist" William Wallace Tooker, Canarsie may translate to "the fenced place" and, as coloni al settlers often referred to Indig enous peoples as the name of the location they occupied, Canarsie became an exonym applied to the subgroup of Lenape who settled the area north of the Bay. The Dutch occupation of Canarsie territory began in 1636 when Wolf ert Gerritse Van Couwenhoven and others secured a deed from Lenape leaders, or Sachems, for the land re ferred to as Keskateuw, which Took er translates to, "where the grass is cut." His translation exposes what the Dutch saw as Keskateuw’s key feature, the low-lying meadows upon which to raise grazing ani mals. Keskateuw was renamed New Amersfoort—to honor Gerritse’s hometown in the Netherlands— and the community became the first European settlement on Long Is land. Tooker’s examination of colo nial records also relays the Canarsie name appeared in deeds as early as 1647 and reappeared in documents for the remainder of the century as colonial settlers expanded eastward on Long Island. As replicated in Anson Dubois’ History of the Town of Flatlands, a 1665 contract between local Sa chems, or Lenape leaders, and set tlers, outlined a sale to "the inhab itants of the Town of Amersfoort… all meadows, kills and creeks there in contained…with conditions that the purchasers once for always a fence shall set at [Canarsie] for the protection of the Indian cultiva tion, which fence shall there-after by the Indians be maintained, and the land which becomes enclosed in fence shall by the Indian owners above mentioned all their lives." Despite the agreement for land set aside for the remaining Canarsie, they were routinely displaced or killed. Eventually, the U.S. govern ment expelled the greater Lenape to reservations in Oklahoma, Wis consin, and Ontario. Regardless of that trend, the Lenape maintain a presence in and around New York City to this day. After the British conquest of New Amsterdam, New Amersfoort was renamed Flatlands. However, the Canarsie village remained a distinct geographic feature within Flatlands for centuries. Following the 1865 completion of the Brook lyn and Rockaway Beach Railroad and the 1880 completion of the New York, Woodhaven, & Rocka way Railroad, the remote fishing community was redeveloped for recreation, and in 1907, the Gold en City amusement park opened on the shores of the Bay. In 1926, the Canarsie Pier was built. Fol lowing the post-war residential development of Canarsie, the pier was renovated in 1971 and again in 1992. Since Canarsie Pier’s inclu sion in Gateway National Recrea tion Area in 1972, it has retained its recreational legacy by serving as a critical access point for urban pop ulations to experience the Nation al Park System through ranger-led fishing clinics, kayak excursions, and picnics or barbeques. 1953 Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority photograph of Canarsie Pier from Brooklyn Public Library.

The Moon controls the tides of the ocean. And we are 60% water. So there is a possibility that the Moon affects us. Simply, the New Moon is a time to declare what we want to attract. The Full Moon is a time to declare what we want to let go. All of the other phases are means to these ends.

This is the first article in a twopart series. One of my friends who doesn’t live in Rockaway went through a major renovation last year. My friend interviewed at least three general contractors before choosing the cheapest one. The winning contractor had the best sales pitch. Unfortunately, he wasn’t the best choice. The project was a nightmare for the home owner. The general contractor made many errors such as: order ing the wrong front door, installing the wrong size kitchen cabinets in the wrong spot, routinely coming in over budget, and routinely price gouging – overpricing many items. In at least one instance the zoning code wasn’t followed, and some work had to be redone. My friend had thought that he was experienced and knowledge able enough to decide on a con tractor without “due diligence.” Proper “due diligence” includes talking with several people who’ve used the contractor AND actual ly seeing some of the contractor’s previous work – especially if you are planning a big job. The major take-aways from this experience are: don’t fall for a sales pitch, properly check out the contractor, and don’t choose the cheapest vendor just because he’s cheap. You get what you pay for. Call me. Love, Robin

On the one hand, we are a beachfront community and the draw of the summer activities does bring people here for: beaches, swimming, cycling, running, surfing, organized teams for kids and adults (although the pandemic may crimp some of these this year; thankfully the “end” is in sight). On the other hand, some sellers are reluctant to sell during the summer because they enjoy the aforementioned activities and don’t want to give them up so fast! It can be harder to sell real estate during the summer due to vacations by buyers and sellers alike. Summer activities can also occupy people instead of allowing them to focus on the home sale process. The spring season has been generally good for our real estate market. There has been action across the board in all price categories with an emphasis on the range below $1 million (approx). Prices have firmed up within the framework of recent comparable sales and in some cases are creeping higher. Inventory levels remain very low. The term “stenosis” is used to describe something that has be come narrowed. Lumbar spinal stenosis (LSS) is becoming more common. It involves narrowing of the spinal canal, which ex tends through the spinal verte brae, in the lower back. It may put pressure on the nerve roots that branch out from the spinal cord resulting in pain, tingling, numbness, muscle fatigue, and if severe, muscle weakness in the legs. It results from degenera tive changes in the spine associ ated with aging. These changes include osteophyte (bone spur) formation, thickening of spinal ligaments, and degeneration of the discs between the verte brae. This can cause loss of disc height, or narrowing of the space between the vertebrae, and disc bulging. Other spinal condi tions can worsen LSS, for exam ple slippage of one vertebra over another (spondylolisthesis) and degenerative curving of the spine (scoliosis).LSSisa disease of aging. It is a common condition, affect ing about 20% of the population aged 60 and over. Thankfully, about 80% of that group are un aware they have the condition as they have no symptoms, and, of course, therefore require no treatment. Most people with LSS have never had significant low back pain. The symptoms of the condition begin very slowly. Commonly, the first symptoms are pain and achiness extend ing from the lower back to the buttocks. Sometimes the pain is associated with numbness and tingling in the feet. The pain is typically worsened by standing and walking, and is relieved by sitting or leaning forward while standing. Over time symptoms usually worsen. The back and buttock pain often extends to the hip girdle muscles, including the thighs (hamstrings and quads). Rarely, it extends into the lower legs, but this is unusual. The pa tient eventually can only stand or walk short distances without needing to sit or stop and lean forward. Over time, some pa tients experience severe limita tions in activity. The fact that the pain usually spares the lower legs helps differ entiate LSS from another condi tion that causes leg pain, name ly vascular claudication. In this condition, the arteries supply ing blood to the legs become se verely narrowed. When muscles are in use, they require oxygen, supplied by a good blood flow, to function properly. Lack of ox ygen causes pain. In those with vascular claudication, walking causes leg pain, typically in the calves and feet, which causes the patient to have to stop and rest, which relieves the pain. These patients have weak or absent lower extremity pulses. In LSS, the leg pain is higher, usually in the thighs and buttocks, and leg pulses are not diminished. How ever, because both conditions cause leg pain with walking, those with LSS are often said to have neurogenic claudication. LSS is difficult to treat. Once diagnosed by exam and MRI im aging (or CT if MRI cannot be used), treatment involves activ ity modification, pain relief with NSAIDs, and physical therapy. Spinal injections may provide limited relief for a few weeks but are not helpful long-term and run the risk of infection or bleed ing. Surgery, usually a last resort, may be helpful in some cases. Anyone with LSS who develops loss of bowel or bladder func tion or progressive leg weakness should undergo an urgent surgi cal evaluation. Life With Our “Artistic” Child By Kami-Leigh Agard Autism Spectrum — A Kaleidoscope That Needs No Censoring
“Autism is one word trying to ex press millions of stories. Offer sup port, not judgment.”
According to the American Psy chiatric Association’s Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) latest edition, there are three levels of ASD—lev el 1, level 2, or level 3, indicating the extent to which autism impacts an individual’s ability to commu nicate and take care of themselves. According to this categorization, level 3 is possessing little to no communication skills, rarely initi ating social interaction and requir ing a higher level of support with dailyIncreasinglyliving. in society today, fac ets of everyday life are being cen sored. Tsk, tsk—cancel culture? I’m of the school of thought that caregivers and autistic individuals should make the executive deci sion as to whether an event or envi ronment would be uncomfortable or stressful for them. We expose our daughter to a plethora of activ ities because we won’t know unless we try. My humble advice is just strive to be intuitive to the level of support both you and your autistic loved one’s needs.
As stated in the quote at the be ginning of this column, individ uals with autism need support, not judgment—and certainly, not censorship. I would feel slighted if I saw a post about an event that stated: “Not appropriate for se verely autistic individuals.” Give us—caregivers and autistic indi viduals alike—the opportunity to use our powers of choice, reason andSpeakingintuition. about events, join Rockaway Beach Autism Families at our 2nd Annual End-of-Summer Barbecue Fundraiser/Social on Sunday, August 28, 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Knights of Columbus (333 Beach 90th Street). When one describes autism as a spectrum, that’s no understate ment. Think of when you look through a kaleidoscope and see a continually changing pattern of shapes and colors. I was remind ed of that at a recent local meet up with my daughter, where there were three autistic individuals, all of whom were verbal with varying levels of communication and func tioning levels. One of them, a bright young man with the accustomed teenaged hankering for cute girls, is quite the writer and attends a regu lar NYC public high school with an IEP program. Another is an amaz ing artist with an appetite for both the Lord and girls, aspirations to get married, a job and his own apart ment. The third, surfs, rides a bike and even attends sleep-away sum mer camp. Now juxtapose them to my 13-year-old nonverbal daugh ter, who has no expressed interest in interacting with her peers, far less boys; attends a special-needs private school in an eight-to-one (eight students to one teacher) and three paraprofessionals classroom; is extremely athletic on all board sports, sans surfing; she would not put her big toe on a surfboard, lit erally; and needs to be constantly monitored because in autism lingo, is a “runner.” So, sleep away camp? A bewildering thought. However, should public events be censored when it comes to the var ying levels of autism? For example, think of how a movie is rated R ver sus PG-13. So, if Rockaway Beach Autism Families is hosting an event, should it state, “Not appropriate for severely autistic individuals?”

IS MCMAHON'S RETIREMENT HURTING THE WWE?
By Eric Jayden So by now, everyone who fol lows the WWE or follows wres tling in general knows about the problems the former CEO of World Wrestling Entertainment has been facing. Vince McMahon has chosen to tender his resigna tion and retire from the WWE. But many within the WWE feel that Vince McMahon's retirement and departure may hurt the company. Let's take a look at what factors his departure may negatively impact the company. Vince has always been the creative force behind the WWE. Since he bought the company from his father, he has created and built the WWE into the number one company in the world for professional wrestling, or sports entertainment. With his exit from the company, this could affect the creative direction and popularity of characters that Vince once controlled. The WWE, during a recent quarterly SEC fil ing, released a statement stating that the company's investigation into Vince McMahon's miscon duct, in itself could have an ad verse effect on overall financial performance. They went on to further state that costs incurred with the investigation, as it is still ongoing, have been significantly high and are expected to contin ue to increase as the investigation continues and/or if litigation costs related to regulatory enforcement actions and subpoenas continue toNow,persist.in my opinion, Vince Mc Mahon has done a lot for the WWE, that's not disputed but can the WWE slowly move on and continue to grow as a company without Vince? The answer to that is Yes! Right now, there is change taking place within the compa ny as Triple HHH has taken over creative control and I have to say is doing an awesome job so far. In addition, his daughter Steph anie McMahon has taken over the duties of CEO in the interim and is also doing a good job keeping the company running. Overall, will Vince McMahon's Retirement hurt the WWE? Yes it will, but as time passes by the company will rebound and continue to operate in better circumstances. The Question of the Week comes from David V. in Arverne and he asked, "Is there a chance that Bray Wyatt may returned back to the WWE or in wrestling in gener al?" Great question, David. I have heard rumors that with Triple HHH is now back with the WWE, in charge of creative. Well, many are saying that this would be the perfect time to bring Wyatt back to the WWE. So, I say keep those fingers crossed because we might just be surprised and see a Bray Wyatt return. Thank you all for the great ques tions sent in. If you have a question or comment, please send it to eav il183@yahoo.com and I'll get back to you. Have a great weekend and see you all next week!
