WATER RATE STUDY North Park Public Water District will receive proposals for WATER RATE STUDY at the District’s offices, 1350 Turret Drive, until 10:00 a.m., December 4, 2023 The proposals will be reviewed and further interviews and questions will be scheduled.
The scope of this project involves (1) providing a comparison of current water system costs against appropriate industry benchmarks; (2) recommend baseline rate structure required to fund the water system; (3) provide a report that projects annual costs over five years and project annual revenues necessary to cover such costs.
