Departure from Nassau is Sunday, September 25, 2011.

Your trip arrangement is based on lodging for ANY two people that your distributor wished to send (two employees, or an employee and guest/spouse/significant other) sharing a double occupancy room. As such, there is no available space to bring guests. In the event that you desire a single occupancy room, you will be able to purchase an additional room on site, at your own expense, based on available space. Early Arrivals/Late Departures As an added bonus, if you desire to extend your stay, the Atlantis is offering the MillerCoors group rate three days before and after the scheduled trip. Room rates vary depending on room type, ranging from $129 to $159/ night. Please note your desired arrival and departure dates on the registration form. If you elect to extend your stay, you will be responsible for your own transportation arrangements to or from the Atlantis.

Please fill out the online travel itinerary request form as part of the registration process at your earliest convenience to ensure you receive the travel itinerary most convenient for you. Upon completion of the online travel itinerary request form, a travel representative will contact you within 48 hours to finalize the details of your trip. U.S. citizens must have a valid passport for this trip. If you do not have a valid passport (a passport that does not expire within six months after your return date [March 26, 2012]), apply for one immediately. Normal processing time is four weeks, so do not delay.

Arrival Upon arrival at the Nassau International Airport, please claim your luggage. MillerCoors travel staff will meet you at the airport, where you will be transferred by motor coach to the Atlantis Hotel. Your luggage will be transferred to the hotel with you. However, please have a small carry-on bag that contains any valuables, medication or clothing you may need in case your luggage experiences a slight delay. Travel Tips The Bahamas have a subtropical climate with 340 sunny days per year. The weather in the Bahamas is beautiful in September, with the average maximum temperature approximately 86ºF/31ºC and the average minimum temperature approximately 73ºF/24ºC. The ocean is a very comfortable 72ºF/22ºC. Cell Phone Usage The typical U.S. cell phone calling plan does not cover the Bahamas. Last reservation is 4:05 P.M. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Golf MillerCoors has arranged for two shotgun-start events: Friday, September 23, at 8:00 A.M., or Saturday, September 24, at 12:30 P.M. You’ll enjoy invigorating play and spectacular ocean views at the Ocean Club Golf Course. This 18-hole, par 72 championship course designed by Tom Weiskopf features meticulous seaside green and tee settings, alternating fairways and breathtaking signature holes stretched over 7,100 yards. An on-site pro shop and clubhouse complement this remarkable golfing experience. MillerCoors tee time reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis, so register early. Please plan on bringing your clubs as the facility has limited rentals. If you do need to rent clubs, rental is $70 USD. Blue Adventures MillerCoors guests can dive and snorkel in the seven-acre Paradise Lagoon or in the crystalline Caribbean waters off of Cove Beach. MillerCoors guests selecting this activity have access to all nonmotorized water-sport toys and snorkeling equipment, including aqua-bikes, kayaks and more. Reservations are available either morning or afternoon on a first-come, first-served basis.

Sponsored Dining On Friday evening, September 23, MillerCoors has made arrangements for you to experience one of the many fine dining establishments that Atlantis has to offer. Below, you will find a description of each establishment and type of cuisine served. MillerCoors will have reservationists on site to take your reservations. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Also, note the dress code requirements for each dining establishment.

BAHAMIAN CLUB – Resort Elegant Enjoy traditional fine dining in a warm and inviting club atmosphere. The dinner menu features the finest cuts of succulent steaks, chicken and fresh grilled seafood.

MESA GRILL – Resort Elegant Bobby Flay brings his world-renowned Mesa Grill to the Cove Atlantis, serving his signature Southwestern cuisine with a Bahamian twist. Mesa Grill overlooks tranquil Paradise Beach.

CAFÉ MARTINIQUE – Resort Elegant The graceful, candlelit Café Martinique features French gourmet fare and spectacular marina views. The glassenclosed wine cellar features an international variety of acclaimed wines from French to Californian boutique wineries.

SEAFIRE STEAKHOUSE - Resort Elegant Tempting starters from classic shrimp cocktail to oysters Rockefeller complement entrees such as spit-roasted prime rib and lemon-pepper tuna. The menu introduces a variety of signature martinis and offers an extensive collection of fine wines.

For women: Dresses, capri pants or longer shorts and a blouse are acceptable. Women can wear either a nice dress shoe or a dress sandal.

It is illegal to import a firearm or ammunition into the Bahamas or to possess a firearm in the country without appropriate permission. Tourists who arrive by private boat are required to declare firearms to Bahamian Customs and leave firearms on the boat while in the Bahamas. Penalties are strict, and can involve heavy fines, lengthy prison terms or both. For further information, U.S. citizens can contact the Embassy of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas in Washington, D.C., or the Bahamian consulates in Miami or New York. Citizens of other countries can contact these as well, or may be able to find embassies or consulates in their own countries.. U.S. citizens: To avoid paying duties on the foreign-made high-ticket items you already own and take with you on your Caribbean trip, register them with customs before you leave the United States. Consider filing a Certificate of Registration for items such as laptop computers, cameras, watches and other digital devices identified with serial numbers or other permanent markings; you can keep the certificate for other trips. Otherwise, bring a sales receipt or insurance form to show that you owned the item before you left the United States.

The following additional reentry rules apply for U.S. citizens:

• Y ou may bring back to the United States up to one liter of alcohol (if you are 21 or older) or perfume containing alcohol, up to 200 cigarettes and up to 100 non-Cuban cigars. If you stay in the Caribbean for less than 48 hours, you may bring home up to 150 ml of alcohol, up to 50 cigarettes and up to 10 non-Cuban cigars.

• Th e following items may be brought home duty-free: original works of art such as paintings, drawings, and sculptures, along with antiques, which are officially defined as objects more than 100 years old.

• Y ou may send packages home duty-free, with a limit of one parcel per addressee per day, with the exception of alcohol or tobacco products, or perfume worth more than $5(USD).

• Y ou can mail up to $200(USD) worth of goods home to the United States for personal use; be sure to write “PERSONAL USE” on the parcel and attach a list of its contents and their retail value.

• I f you send home a parcel containing personal belongings that have been used, write “AMERICAN GOODS RETURNED” on the package to avoid a duty fee.

• Y ou may send up to $100(USD) worth of goods as a gift to someone in the United States provided you write “UNSOLICITED GIFT” on the package.

• M ailed items do not affect your duty-free allowance upon your return.
