Daily Itinerary Day 1 – Thursday, September 22, 2011 Attire Casual, resort and sports attire. Shoes and cover-ups are required in the lobbies and in all indoor restaurants, lounges and public places at all times. Get set for the trip of your life as you leave for Nassau! As this is an international destination, make sure you arrive at the airport at least two hours prior to your flight departure. Please have your e-ticket confirmation and required travel documents in hand when you check in at the airport for your flight. If you cannot locate your travel documents, contact MillerCoors Travel Services at 1(800) 406-5717, option 3 for assistance. Make sure you have your passport book with you. All Day Transfers from Nassau International Airport The Atlantis Hotel is located approximately 40 minutes from Nassau’s International Airport. Once you arrive at the airport, proceed to immigration. Please have your passport available at this time. Once you clear immigration, proceed to Customs Hall where you will claim your baggage from the carousel. Please have your passport available and a Customs agent will clear you. Upon exiting Customs Hall, you will see transportation staff holding signs with the MillerCoors Distribution Cup logo. The transportation staff will assist you with your luggage and direct you to your waiting transportation for the 40-minute trip to The Atlantis. Buses will transport you directly to your guest room tower.

All MillerCoors guests arriving Thursday, September 22 will be provided transportation from the airport. If you schedule arrival on a different day you are responsible for arranging your own transportation. If you bring an un-registered guest, the guest will not be permitted to board MillerCoors ground transportation. Approximate cost for a taxi from Nassau Airport to The Atlantis is $33 for up to 2 people with luggage. Upon arriving at the Atlantis, please check-in to your guestroom. You must have a credit card for incidental charges with enough of a limit on it to post a $100 dollar per-day deposit to your room. We recommend that you do not use a debit card as the hotel places a hold on the funds until you check out; those funds may not be immediately available for use. For additional questions, please contact the hotel directly.

10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. MillerCoors Distribution Cup Hospitality Desk You must check in at the MillerCoors Hospitality Desk, located in the Great Hall of Waters (downstairs off the main lobby in the Royal Towers) in order to pick up your welcome packet, event wristband, activity confirmation, meal, beverage and snack vouchers. You may also make your dinner reservation for Friday night at this time. You must have a photo I.D. to receive your packet. 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Welcome Reception at the Dig Deck Relax with live music, plenty of delicious Bahamian food and ice-cold MillerCoors beer.

Bell staff will hold or transfer your luggage to your room. At check-in, you will be issued a room key. If your room is not available to check-in upon arrival, the Atlantis has a special area known as the Transit Lounge where you can change clothes so you can begin to experience all that Atlantis has to offer. Later you can call the Atlantis guest service extension to get your room assignment. Hotel rooms are generally available after 3pm.
