Ronnie Tarchichi boasts a distinguished educational portfolio, which includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Education from Temple University, specializing in Special Education, completed in 2020. He also holds a Doctor of Education degree from Rowan University, with a focus on Educational Leadership, which he obtained in 2016. His relentless pursuit of knowledge is further evidenced by his acquisition of six master's degrees in various disciplines, enhancing his expertise in both general and particular education. His impressive array of master's degrees includes two from Rowan University in Learning Disabilities and Special Education, obtained between 2015 and 2018. Prior to these, he earned a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from The College of New Jersey in 2011, a Master of Biomedical Science from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and a Master of Science in Biology from Rutgers University. His academic foundation was laid with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Philosophy from West Virginia University in 2004. Since 2024, Dr. Tarchichi has held the position of Executive Director of Education and Principal at the Mary Dobbins School & Legacy Treatment Services in Hainesport, New Jersey. In this role, he oversees the educational and therapeutic programs for students in grades 5 through 12, ensuring a nurturing environment that fosters both academic and personal growth. He fulfills multiple responsibilities, including that of Chief School Administrator and Building Principal, and also serves as the Learning Disability Teacher Consultant. Before his current role, he served as Superintendent of Pennsauken Public Schools (2016–2024), overseeing a $172 million budget. He launched 20+ career programs, from culinary arts to HVAC, enhanced infrastructure, and developed new sports teams, including a state-of-the-art athletic facility.
