Farrow & Ball’s “Hague Blue”

IN THE BEDROOM

Sherwin-Williams’ “Sensible Hue” and “Illusive Green” “In master suites, I enjoy using Sensible Hue and then creating an accent wall in Illusive Green.” — SANDY SUTTON, SANDY SUTTON’S DESIGN CENTER

Farrow & Ball’s “Parma Gray” “The master suite should be a haven, a respite from the worries and work of the day. I try to encourage my clients to select muted, soft, soothing colors. I have recently used Parma Gray, and I love it.” — MARA LAMB MALCOLM, LAMB’S INTERIOR DESIGN

Sherwin-Williams’ “Sea Salt” “My absolute favorite color for any master, no matter the style of the client, is Sea Salt. This soothing color truly makes you feel like you are on vacation.” — MARIE JEFFREY, MARIE JEFFREY DESIGN

Benjamin Moore’s “Beacon Gray” and Sherwin-Williams’ “Silver Peony” and “Lady’s Slipper” “In master bedrooms, I like to use paint colors that range from soft, silvery grays, like Beacon Gray, to lavenders like Silver Peony and Lady’s Slipper. — SUSAN WALSH, BEAR HILL INTERIORS

Farrow & Ball’s “Hague Blue” “Hague Blue is a great alternative to classic navy. It’s a moody color perfect for more intimate spaces because it reads as a deep blue with a touch of green in it.”

— ANDREA BROOKS, ASHLEY CARDIEL INTERIORS

SherwinWilliams’ “Alabaster”

IN THE KITCHEN

Sherwin-Williams’ “Pewter Green” “I am dying to use a yummy gray-green hue like Pewter Green in a kitchen soon.” — MERIDITH HAMILTON RANOUIL, MLH DESIGNS

IN THE LIVING ROOM

Sherwin-Williams’ “Big Chill” “Big Chill is the perfect complement to any white and gray countertop, a selection that is super popular right now. It is also beautiful on cabinets if you are looking for just a touch of gray.” — CHRISTINA GORE, CHRISTINA GORE DESIGN STUDIO

Sherwin-Williams’ “Crushed Ice” “I like to use a neutral like Crushed Ice in living spaces because it does not limit accent colors used in the design of the home.” — SHA DAVARI, ART OF DESIGN

Sherwin-Williams’ “Black of Night” Forget what you’ve been told; there is no better way to make your walls recede than with black paint. I recently painted an all-white room (ceilings and walls) Black of Night in the most beautiful matte finish. Not only does the space appear larger but the black paint truly shows off artwork and turns up the cool factor.” — KEVIN WALSH, BEAR HILL INTERIORS

“I love using Alabaster on cabinetry. It is just the right shade of white without being super bright or yellow.” Sherwin-Williams’ “Alabaster”

— BRITTANY NIXON BRUN, BRITTANY NIXON CREATIVE

Benjamin Moore’s “Simply White” “For living spaces, I love Simply White. Depending on the light, this color is sometimes rich and warm, sometimes more crisp. It’s beautiful and complements artwork like a dream.” — JOSHUA PLUMLEE, RANSOM INTERIORS
