SECCIĂ“N DE ENTREVISTAS! Inger (Noruega) Hello Inger how are you feeling about being here in Culiacan? I'm really exited and happy to be here in Culiacan. It's so far away from home - in a good way! How about culichis,how have you been treated? The culichis have been very nice to me. Everyone I've met have been kind, open people, very welcoming, everyone has been really nice. The family I lived with the first week took me to their family ranch to celebrate their grandmother's birthday, and the ones I live with now are really great people. Even thought they don't speak English, so I've had to learn Spanish really fast!
How did you feel about your perfonmance with Symphonic orchestra sinaloense? I auditioned for the orchestra and got called in as a substitute the next day. On the program was Tchaikovsky 6th symphony, a mexican piece and a virtuoso concerto played by a fantastic, Mexico-based Polish violinist. The symphony is a fantastic piece, so romantic and emotional if I recall correctly, Tchaikovsky killed himself only six days after the premiere. Playing such music is always magical. And the orchestra is really good, so I was very pleased to be accepted.
The worst and the best? The worst is easy - I've been eaten alive by the mosquitos here! Even when I drown myself in insecticide, they bite me. I think my blood is really good or something. Anyways, I'm really allergic and react kind of badly to it, so it's really bothering me! The best is harder, as it is so much to pick from - maybe tomorrow's concert will be the best? What would you tell to the members of AIESEC Culiacan that motivates them? Hm, I don't really know? Keep on doing what you're doing, it makes the world smaller? Thanks so much Inger we really apreciate your time and amiability.! No stress :) See you!
