This was our first rotation with students. The calander beeing packed with interesting culture trips and interaction between students and teachers. Our students had the oppertunity to learn more about Polish culture and experience Polish family life in there host families. Obviously the were abit nervous meeting there host families for the first time. - I have got to know them before as we have been mailing and talked over Skype since after Christmas, tells Albert. This perhaps increased the anticipation of the student even more, and when we summarized the trip, what great hosts they were. - We are looking forward to return the favours in December when we will be hosting student, said Sofia.

WORKSHOP

WAVEL CASTLE BY YAROS

Zespól Szkól, Auschwitz and Krakow

Zespól Szkól First day of activities the students did sports, interacting with both pupils from Poland and from the other visiting countries. This was popular because of the range of activities, which gave every student the opportunity to participate in a sport they preferred. The teachers had a conference, which focused on the next two rotations and the overall budget of this project. When that conference was finished the teachers watched the students do their activities. The last thing on the agenda for this day was a preparation meeting for those going to Auschwitz.

Main focus was the castle and the city center. The swedish team however, broke up from the group and went to the jewish quarters, where we explored some of the previous mentioned history. Zespól Szkól again Final day in Zabrze, the host town. The teachers had the last conference, and the students a few more work-shops, which the teachers visited after the conference. Then it was time to say good-bye, and go back to Sweden. Summary The swedish team enjoyed the visit very much, and learnt a lot from both the polish culture, and from all the participating countries.
