Community Updates and Reminders Weir Repair at Spartina Crescent Malphrus will begin working on the weir at Spartina Crescent this week. They are replacing the failed section of the existing headwall with new reinforced concrete. Clubhouse Flagpole We have a new flag for the Clubhouse flagpole, we are just waiting for a part to come in to replace the broken truck on the flagpole. Shipping is taking longer than anticipated. Once it arrives, we will schedule to have the flagpole truck replaced and the new flag hung. We are looking forward to getting the old tattered flag down and seeing a beautiful new flag flying. North Lake Outfall Structure Belfair reported that J&S Construction is still two weeks out before they begin work on the North Lake Outfall Structure Powerline Clean-up along Sorrelwood Lane Brightview will begin rough grading and removal of debris under the powerlines at Sorrelwood Lane and the area will be hydro seeded with a Bermuda blend grass mixture. Cart Paths As a friendly reminder, the cart path is not a walking trail, a cycling path, a jogging or running path or a place to walk your dog. You are putting yourselves and your children in danger of being struck by golf balls. Stay safe while enjoying the outdoors and please utilize Bill Baker park for these activities. Golf Carts Golf Carts are required to stop at stop signs. Please drive cautiously. Some vehicles will stop and wave the golfers through, however; this is done out of courtesy and should not be an assumption. Cars on the road have the right away. Electric Powered Toys As a friendly reminder, please do not allow children to ride electric powered motorized toys in the streets. This puts children in danger of being struck by vehicles. We want to keep all of our residents safe! Head Lights Please dim your headlights when driving through the entrances of Rose Hill in the evenings. By dimming your headlights you are making it easier for the officer to assist you and to see your decal. Upkeep If you have items stored outside your home that are not outdoor dÊcor, and they are in clear view of neighboring properties, we kindly ask that you relocate these items so that they are out of sight. Don’t forget to pick up after your pet!
