Specifically: No commercial signs, including "for rent" or "for sale", political signs , and other similar signs, shall be erected or maintained on a Lot or in a Family Dwelling Unit. ● Recently we have had many reports of Pine Straw vendors buying commercial passes and coming into the neighborhood soliciting business with residents and overcharging residents for the little work completed. Please make sure to check references before contracting with someone. Also make sure to notify security if you will be having work done on your property. Please notify security if you see anyone soliciting within the Community.

General Manager Updates 278 Traffic Light Beaufort County Traffic Engineer was contacted and asked for the following: 1. To increase the time the light is green coming out of the North & South side of Rose Hill going East & West Bound. 2. To remove the blinking yellow arrow going into the North side of Rose Hill. 3. Reducing the speed limit in front of our community since it is not conducive for safe driving. 4. Consider placing a traffic light at Pinkney Colony Road and 278. At this time we have not received any definite answers to our requests. Spotlight Survey We have requested a deer spotlight survey for 2020. Golf Course Bathrooms Maintenance has been working on the bathrooms at hole #3 and #15. They have replaced rotten boards, power washed, painted and will be installing new sinks with faucets that will automatically turn off, new light fixtures with motion sensors, new vanities mirrors, grab bars in the stalls and new toilet seats. Once they complete these bathrooms, they will do the same for the bathroom in Bill Baker Park POA Complexes After careful consideration the Board moved to have the POA staff relocate to the old Weichert building. We are calling this Phase 1. The Board is still discussing the possibilities for the current POA Office and that will be Phase 2. Roads We have been evaluating the roads, cart paths and bike paths in the community and have requested quotes for resurfacing based off the evaluation. We anticipate road work to begin in June or July.
