Community Updates The Board of Directors is eager to restart Rose Hill’s active lifestyle. The first step in our multi-phase plan is to reopen the specific outdoor amenities listed below. �� �� �� �� �� �� �� �� ��

�� Colleton Point bathrooms �� Bill Baker Park bathrooms �� Pool bathrooms �� Wood Eden Pool �� Colleton Point Pool �� Willow Lake Pool Residents will be required to follow the safety guidelines listed below when using the outdoor courts, and parks. These guidelines are to become common practice in order to continue the maintained social distance of at least 6 feet and to control gatherings throughout the community. ��Restricted hours of operations and capacity limitations may be required in some amenities based on federal, state and local mandates. ��Residents are to use amenities at their own risk. It is highly recommended to bring masks and gloves. ��Residents must bring their own sanitizing wipes and cleaning materials as these items will not be provided by the Association. ��Residents must bring their own equipment to and from the amenities if they participate in a sport requiring equipment. ��Residents are to practice social distancing at all times and follow CDC guidelines regarding personal hygiene. Beginning Monday, May 11, 2020 the POA office will be opened to Certain safety precautions will be taken for the safety of our staff and residents. ��We will continue to practice social distancing per the Governors Orders. ��We will allow one person to enter the POA office lobby at a time. ��If you need to visit the POA Office in person, please call and make an appointment before arriving. ��Anyone that enters the POA office should wear a mask to help limit the exposure of COVID 19 and will be asked to fill out a quick covid questionnaire. The POA office will continue to collect items via email, lockbox, and US mail for anyone that does not need to come into the office. We encourage residents to communicate by email or phone if possible. Phone call volume has been heavy. If you need to leave a voicemail, we will return your call just soon as possible. Plantation Voice Starting on Monday, the Equestrian Center will begin relaxing some of the COVID-19 restrictions that have been in place for the past few weeks. While doing so, we will continue to focus on the safety of the boarders and the staff by emphasizing face masks, sanitation, and social distancing. Effective Monday, 11-May, the barn will reopen to boarders with a few conditions. 1. The following conditions are in the place for the general health and safety of boarders and staff. a. Please do not come to the barn if you have a fever or someone in your household is positive for COVID-19. 2. The following conditions are in place to help adhere to social distancing guidelines. a. Make best efforts to keep 6 feet between yourself and other boarders or staff. b. Boarders only in the barn for now. Guests will need to wait outside. c. Boarders will only be allowed in the barn during schedule times. d. Horses must be groomed and tacked in their stalls or the wash stall area. No tacking in the aisle. e. Tack rooms, feed room, office area, and refrigerator will remain closed to boarders for now. 3. The following conditions are in place to help with general sanitation. a. The bathroom will be opened but must be fully sanitized after each use. This includes door handles inside and outside. b. Please do not use any of the barn supplies such as pitchforks, muck tubs, etc. c. Please try to avoid touching unnecessary surfaces such as feed tubs, stall feed windows, wheelbarrows, etc. d. Please sanitize your stall area and anything you have touched when you are finished. Cleaning supplies will provided in the stall area, you will need to bring your own

��The operators at Oak Terrace have been busy cleaning, sanitizing, and working on an updated menu for their reopening. Additional details will be provided for the reopening date . ��Oak Terrace will be have a beverage cart in operation starting this Wednesday, May 13, 2020 for golfers. ��RHGC is open and will continue to clean and sanitize carts between players to the maximum extent practicable ��Customers are allowed to handle their own bags when requested. ��Course will be closed May 11 & 12 for Greens Maintenance. ��The Golf Club will temporarily be staging extra sand at Willow Lake Pool for their upcoming greens maintenance. The sand will be cleaned-up by May 14. TLC is fully operational with social distancing guidelines that are in place. Members can play with their guests and non- members can attend socials and clinics. The schedule is on their website www.tlcrosehill.com. Residents are reminded to adhere to the federal, state and local government mandates and follow the CDC guidelines. Residents acknowledge that they will use the amenities at their own risk in accordance with the conditions outlined in this document.
