Tuesday, May 19, 2020 The POA office will be closed in observance of the Memorial Day Holiday. Please remember that there is no contractor work on the holiday. Please be safe and have a Happy Memorial Day! Class of 2020 Graduates In honor of our Rose Hill 2020 graduates, we would love to celebrate all of their hard work and accomplishments. We are working with a group of residents to have a special day just for them since they do not get to have a normal graduation due to COVID 19 pandemic. They deserve a huge round of applause and something extra special from our community! If you have a graduating senior, please send an email to Rosehillstrong@rosehillpoa.com. We will need the name of your graduate and please include the school as well. We will send additional information regarding the special day once all information is sent in and the plans are finalized. Please send this information no later than Friday, May 22, 2020 so we can finalize plans. Congratulations to the class of 2020! Pools As you are all aware, our pools have reopened on May 18th at 20% normal occupancy per 1000 square feet. We have posted all guidelines at the pools and it is also posted on the community website. We ask that you continue practicing social distancing of six feet. Please continue to wipe down your chairs after use. We also kindly ask that you respect others at the pool and be respectful. Since there is limited space at the pool please manage your time so others can come and enjoy the cool water on these hot days as well. At this time there are no guests permitted and the pools are for resident use only. Thank you for your understanding as we follow CDC regulations. Lagoons The lagoons are currently being treated in phases throughout the community. The shoreline weeds are being sprayed first. The next round will be spraying for algae. You should see results very soon in the lagoons. Rose Hill Safety As the weather is getting warmer and residents and children are walking and playing out and about, please watch your speed. We want to keep all of our residents safe! A friendly reminder to also keep your vehicles locked at all times. Please keep all valuables out of sight or remove them from your vehicles.


Dogs Please continue to clean up after your pets!! Also keep your pet on a leash if not under voice control. Committees We are still accepting applications for open positions on committees. Currently there is an position open on the ARB Board and a position open on the Communications Committee. If you are interested please contact the POA office. Oak Terrace We are excited to announce our “Grand Re-Opening� with a celebration, yet following all mandated guidelines issued by our state and health officials .Our staff is eager to see our many regulars, residents and new faces! Join us from 5-8 pm for live music on the porch by Keith Klaiber, bring the kids and enjoy a Kona Ice of Bluffton! She is our new beverage cart operator! Angelica will be serving our Rose Hill residents and all golfers visiting Rose Hill. She will be serving cold beer, liquor drinks, gatorade, sodas, and snacks!
