POA REMINDERS AND UPDATES 2021 Residential Decals: Residential Decals expire on 10/31/20. Make sure to stop by the POA office and get your 2021 decals! Please make sure to bring your license, registration, and insurance for each vehicle. If you have any questions, please contact Toni at the POA office at 843-757-2450 or toni.dowling@rosehillpoa.com. POA Assessments - 4th Quarter 2020: Reminder the 2020 4th quarter POA Assessments were due on 10/1/20. Make sure to pay before 10/31/20 to avoid late fees! Improved $575 and Unimproved $385. Pool Closing: The pools will close for the season on 10/31/20. Board Meeting Webinar: The next Board meeting will be held via webinar on 11/10/20 at 6:30 p.m. A link with login instructions will be emailed out to all residents as the meeting gets closer.
