Tuesday, September 15,2020 POA Reminders and Updates Covenant Advisor: We had some very good candidates for the Covenant Advisor position, but one stood out amongst them all. David Gallant is not a Rose Hill Resident. David was the Sheriff of Warrant County, New Jersey and spent nearly 40 years in law enforcement. He is retired and this is the exact type of part time job he was hoping to find.

Road Work Schedule (The following roadwork is scheduled to begin on 9/21/20 depending on weather) Spartina Martingale W Ghost Pony Speed bumps Clubhouse Maintenance Road Sorrelwood Speed bumps Greenwood Dr repairs Dredging started last week: 2 Lagoons on Greenwood Drive 1 Lagoon near Club Gate Anticipate completion date on all lagoons to be end of this week. Kayak storage: Spots are still available! If you are interested in renting a spot, please contact Toni at the POA Office or email her at toni.dowling@rosehillpoa.com. Debris: Please remember to remove and discard of your yard debris via trash service or at the waste and recycling center located on Simmonsville Road. If residents are caught dumping or placing debris in the common areas, a fine of $200.00 will be assessed. Reminder that there is no parking on the Polo Field during/after a Hurricane. As always, please remember to pick up after your pets and when out in the community please keep your pets under voice control or on leashes! Thank you! Please remember to watch your speed! Tickets and fines are being issued for speeding! Please DO NOT FEED THE ALLIGATORS!! Once an alligator gets fed on a regular basis, it will become aggressive and could cause harm to people and pets. Remember a fed gator is a dead gator! The 2020 spotlight survey for deer was completed at the end of August. Reminder: No signage including: For sale signs, for rent signs, commercial signs, political signs, or banners are not permitted within the community! Horse Trail Work: Trail has work started today. The first sections of work will be on the following trails: Turkey Trot, Glory Trail, Fahr Ant Trail, and Fox Holler.


Committees The POA office is still taking applications for committees. Complete a committee interest form and return it to the POA office in person, via email, USPS, or the lock box. Interest forms can be found on the community website, or we can even email you a copy! Hurry and join a committee today!
