Amenities & Common Spaces As a friendly reminder, common spaces are not allowed to be used for personal businesses. Also, any activity or event taking place in Rose Hill common areas must be approved through the POA Office. Some events and activities require Board approval. Thank you for understanding. Oak Terrace Oak Terrace is now open on Tuesdays! Stop in, grab a bite, or have a drink and support your local restaurant. Board President On Tuesday, September 22, 2020, Tony LaMartina resigned as the Rose Hill POA Board President. Furthermore, he has resigned from the Board effective December 31, 2020. Tony is looking forward to spending more time with his family and friends. During Tony's tenure as Board President, he accomplished many things, a new Equestrian Operator was selected, lagoons have been dredged, and many new policies and procedures have been developed, just to name a few. We would like to thank Tony for his service to the community as Board President and we wish him the best with his future endeavors. At this time, Vice President Larry Beckler will assume the responsibilities of the president till a new President is selected later this week. Mailboxes Another quick reminder, if your mailbox post is rotted or your mailbox needs some extra TLC, please contact us at the POA Office to order a new post, mailbox, tube or paint. What a Year it’s been 2020 has proven to be a tough year for many individuals, bringing with it the fear of contracting covid, the lack of activities and businesses available to us to blow off some after work week blues, social issues plaguing our country, and having to remember that darn mask (I can’t count how many times I get half way to the store and have to turn back to grab my mask … haha). Then to top it off its election year! We have noticed an increase in hostility and frustration throughout the community. We understand that everyone is going through their own thing and times may be tough right now … we just ask you to put a little positivity back into the community. Be a little more patient with your neighbors and a tad bit kinder to others whether in person or on social media. We appreciate those who are patient and respectful with us here at the POA Office and towards our Security Officers. A little bit of kindness goes a long way. We are all in this together. Signage Please remember that signage in yards is not allowed within the community per our covenants. If you have signage in your yard, please remove it. Thank you! 3. 17 - Signs. No commercial signs, including "for rent" or "for sale" and other similar signs, shall be erected or maintained on a Lot or in a Family Dwelling Unit or anywhere within the Property by anyone, including, but not limited to, the Owner, a realtor, a contractor or subcontractor, except with the written permission of the ARB, or except as may be required by pertinent legal proceedings. If such permission is granted, the ARB reserves the right to restrict size, color and content of such signs. Book Exchange at Restaurant We are working with the General Contractor and the Designer to repair an HVAC leak in the Book Exchange area of the Restaurant. The library section will be closed to the public till all repairs are complete. Thank you for your understanding. Horse Trails The horse trails have been cleared and will make the riding experience much safer and more enjoyable now. Enjoy! Road Work Road work began today on Spartina Crescent. We will keep you posted as work progresses.

Continue to stay safe and healthy! Have a great week!
