CLUB SERVICES
PHOTOGRAPHY COMPETITION (6 September -13 September) The Rotaract Club of GL Bajaj organized a photography competition which was open to all, both rotaractors and non-rotaractors. The event held between 06-09-23 to 1306-23.
FUN -TASTIC EVENING (24th September) The Rotaract Club of GL Bajaj hosted an event known as "Project Fun-tastic Evening," encompassing a delightful mix of activities, including interactive sessions, a gaming night, and a fellowship gathering.
KICKOFF CONNECT(20th September)
FUN IN THE SUN ( 1st October)
The Rotaract Club of GL Bajaj held a session called " Kickoff Connect" on 20th September 2023 for its members. The purpose of the session was to help the club members interact with each other offline for the first time. It also aimed to introduce the new members to the Rotaract club, Rotaract International and District 3012.
The Rotaract Club of GL Bajaj organized the "Meet & Greet" event for Rotaractors with the aim of fostering interaction among members. Designed as a fellowship event, it provided an opportunity for members to bond and engage in a relaxed environment.
PRODESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT PEACEFUL MINDS (23rd September) The Rotaract Club of GL Bajaj organized "Project Peaceful Minds",an instagram live,which was an encouraging session that aimed at making students aware of time management and mental health which is essential for avoiding depression and helping them to manage stress during their crucial phase. The event featured Dr. Neha, a positive psychologist and wellness coach.
PROJECT UNLOCKING POTENTIAL (16th September) The Rotaract Club of GL Bajaj organized "Project Unlocking Potential," an insightful career counseling session aimed at equipping students with the essential skills required for campus placements and helping them manage stress during this crucial phase. The event featured Ms. Apoorva Srivastava, an alumna of GL Bajaj and a former Club Editor of the Rotaract Club of GL Bajaj , as the session leader.

The purpose of this project is to celebrate Hindi Diwas by hosting a quiz competition where students can show off their knowledge of the Hindi language, literature, and poetry.

The Rotaract Club of GL Bajaj actively participated as volunteers in the 10-year anniversary celebration of an NGO held on the 29th and 30th of September 2023. The event required our support in various capacities, including decorations, game setups, assistance to the PSD(PRO SPORT DEVELOPMENT) team, guest registration, ushering, and other miscellaneous tasks.
FINAL ROUND OF EC HIRING (10-16 SEPTEMBER) The Executive Council Interview conducted by the Rotaract Club of GL Bajaj aimed to select passionate and capable leaders who will guide the club towards achieving its goals and serving the community effectively. The club looks forward to the positive impact that the newly appointed Executive Council members will bring in the upcoming term.
COLLABORATION PEACE AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION SESSION ( 21 SEPTEMBER) Rotaract Club of GL Bajaj joined a webinar "Peace and Conflict Resolution: The Need for Prison Reforms in India" hosted by the Rotaract Club of NOIDA Youth RID 3012. It was an enlightening and impactful event. The webinar aimed to foster peace, conflict resolution, and meaningful discussions on crucial prison reforms in India.
SUSTAINABLE MENSTRUAL HYGIENE AWARENESS SESSION (29th September)
ART THERAPY SESSION (30th September)
The Rotaract Club of JIMS, Vasant Kunj, in collaboration with Project Aaina, organized a webinar titled "Sustainable Menstrual Hygiene." The event aimed to educate participants about sustainable menstrual hygiene practices and create awareness for a healthier future. Dr. Aarushi Kehar Malhotra, Senior Manager Research Advocacy and Wellness at Sirona Hygiene, served as the keynote speaker. Her expertise added tremendous value to the event.
The Rotaract Club of GL Bajaj collaborated with The Rotaract Club of Dyal Singh College who successfully organized an Art Therapy Session under their flagship project "Mind-Mirror". This event aimed to provide participants with a platform for self-discovery and creative expression through art. The session was conducted via Google Meet and featured a prominent speaker, Ms. Gagandeep Kaur, a highly experienced clinical psychologist.

President Elect Meet Excitement fills the air as we unveil the much-anticipated Presidents Elect Meet, a cornerstone event within RID 3012! This gathering isn't just a meeting; it's a symphony of leadership aspirations and a canvas where the future of our Rotaract journey begins to take shape.

DISTRICT ASSUMBLY
Under the guidance of DRR Rtr. Arushi Bhadoria, Rotaract District 3012 inaugurated "आगमन," the District Assembly for the 2023-24 term. Over 200 Rotaractors from 40+ clubs convened, undergoing enriching training sessions led by the newly elected Executive Council. The event was graced by the esteemed presence of District Governor Elect Rtn. Priyatosh Gupta, District Governor Elect Rtn. Prashant, and Rtn. Vidur Chharia, District Rotaract Committee Chair. A day of knowledge, camaraderie, and pivotal beginnings.
