RC Tirupur West

Fifty bicycles, each costing `6,000, were donated to school girls from nearby villages who found it difficult going to school. DG B Elangkumaran presented the cycles to the girls in the presence of PDG EK Sagadhevan, member, National PolioPlus Committee, club president P Shanmugasundaram, district general secretary V Varadaraj and coordinator RP Raj.

New Year 2023 was ushered in with gala cultural events including dance and music by Rotarians and their families in the presence of Kerala DGP Alexander Jacob. It was also an occasion for fellowship where members greeted each other, wishing a prosperous year ahead. Women Rotarians and Anns came in traditional attire.

RC Bhubaneswar Meadows

DG Prabhudatta Subudhi inaugurated a library at Ashayen, a slum at the Buddheswari colony, for the benefit of its 35 residents. With over 400 books donated by Rotarians, the library will enable the beneficiaries to shore up their knowledge and enhance their life skills. Sweets and refreshments were distributed.
