A GUIDE TO YOUR STAY
WHAT TO PACK
We provide the towels, bathrobes and slippers you will need for your stay. Please make sure you bring a swimsuit, which is mandatory in the marine space.
SCHEDULING
Treatment programmes are planned in advance by the spa, and so we would ask that you make us aware of any medical requirements or allergies when booking. Treatments are scheduled on an alternating basis in the mornings and afternoons, split into half-days, leaving ample time for rest and leisure. Our treatment packages are not flexible; however, if you would like a tailored programme, please speak to our spa manager, who will do what they can to ensure your needs are catered to.
PRECAUTIONS
Treatments are advised against for those with any of the following: cancer, cardiovascular conditions, endocrine disorders, recent history of vascular disease, infectious diseases, immunodeficiency, skin conditions, iodine allergy or psychiatric disorders.
ACCESS AND MINIMUM AGE
To get the most out of your treatments, we recommend that you arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Only those aged 16 or older can access treatments. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent for massages in one of our two-person cabins.
LATE ARRIVALS, CANCELLATIONS AND LIABILITY
If you are late, your treatment will be shortened accordingly so as to ensure that the next booking goes ahead as scheduled. You will be billed in full for any treatment that is booked and subsequently cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice. For guests staying at the hotel, there will be a safe for you to use in your room. For outside guests, there will be a secure changing room for you to use. Please ensure all valuables are stored away. Management will not be held responsible for any stolen or damaged items.
