Letter for Newspaper: Oupa Ken Letter Kenneth’s Funeral was certainly bonding and re-uniting moment in the lives of his friends, family and loved ones. The old man will be missed dearly and the memories of him, with him and about him will remain in our hearts and minds until we meet him at the golden gates. But until then, as we ponder within ourselves what Kenneth would have wanted for us this year and years to come, the conclusion we make is one that transcends this unknown sense of peacefulness. A calmness. At ease gentlemen if I may say so‌ Oupa Ken would have wanted all of us, all of his friends, all of his family and all those who knew him and of him in Vanderkloof to do one thing, well three to be exact.

To move on, Fight the good fight and remember him as a man who always had the time to listen.

And that my dear friend is a skill set few of us in this day and age have acquired.

The art of listening. The art of caring The art of loving back.

To Oupa Ken. Oom Ken. Kenny. Kenneth To Mr. Popular Mechanic
