Advanced Interior Architecture 1 we had in this semester is still online after 2 years study at home. I miss the time, having face to face tutorial in the class with lecturers. Although the class is still go through online, things that I had learned still a lot and I think the mindset of interior design have changed. Detail is the most important things that I learned in this module. The way we do design in this module is totally different with the semester before. I love the way we explored and learned through the assignments. From site analysis, students asked to find a suitable site for each project. Due to movement control, we are not able to have site visit. Google map become one of the ways for us to observe. In this assignment, I have to a “online trip” to my site, our observation is really important to get the information through the picture and map. Then, after collect all the information, the way for us to presents the site to the presentation board is important too. I am glad to have a chance to learn from others works and transform it into my own style. This is my first time doing this kind of drawings and I love how the lecturers taught. The combination of programming in AIAD1 and Design Proposition helps a lot to explore more technology and principles in design which caused the design to be more supportive and rational. Going through all the assignments, I am happy that I still love to design although the journey might be stressful and lost sometimes. Keep trying the new things is what I did in this semester, some might be not successful, but the learning journey is fun and unforgettable. See you in next semester!
