Privacy Policy

Our Ticket Office will ask when you book if you would like to receive further information from us about The Core’s events and activities. We will then record your wishes and use them to inform what you receive from us in future. You can update these preferences at any time by accessing your account via our website or by calling the Ticket Office. All data collected is in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 18. Full information on how we use it can be found at www.thecorecorby.com/about-us/privacy

Family Friendly

The Core is committed to being a family friendly organisation. Some of the facilities we offer to make your visit run as smoothly as possible include booster seats, child-friendly food and beverages and, of course, a warm friendly welcome. Many of our family shows offer a self-led, pre-show craft activity.

Discounts And Concessions

Concessions are available for selected shows for Under 16s, 60+, Students, Jobseekers, Disabled Patrons and Companions.

Additional concessions are available for certain shows, including family tickets (max 2 adults) – full details are highlighted on individual show entries and at www.thecorecorby.com

Groups And Schools

A range of great discounts and other benefits are available to Groups & Schools. To find out more about our group rates for bookings of 10+ and how we can make your visit as a group hassle free, please contact our dedicated Groups Advisor, Gillian, using gillian.lockwood@thecorecorby.com

Transaction Fee

We charge a £1.50 per-transaction fee for telephone and website bookings of £15 and over. This does not apply in person or to Friends, Groups and Disabled Patrons.

As ticket revenue is divided between many different parties, an increase in ticket prices may not necessarily benefit The Core. By adding a small transaction charge, we ensure that every penny of this goes to your local venue and the projects we run with local communities and young people.

Returns And Exchanges

We are unable to exchange or refund tickets after they are purchased, unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control, or where there is a material change to the programme of the event.

The Small Print

All concessions are subject to availability and should be checked at time of booking. Proof of status will be required. Please note that not all concessions are available with online booking. All information is correct at time of printing but we reserve the right to make any alterations to the programme, performers, times and ticket prices. Every effort will be made to advertise changes in the local press and via www.thecorecorby.com. Retrospective discounts are not available, including discounts linked to our Friends scheme.

Access

The Core at Corby Cube is an accessible venue. The lifts from ground floor to all levels of the auditorium are at reduced capacity so are reserved for use by those with access needs.

Spaces for wheelchairs are available together with adjacent seats in the auditoria for companions or carers.

Parking for Blue Badge holders is available adjacent to Corby Cube. Guide Dogs are welcome. There is an induction loop or wireless hard of hearing system for all performances. Wireless headsets are available by request when you get your tickets scanned upon entry. If you have not done so yet, please register with our free Access Scheme. By taking a few minutes to tell us about your specific requirements, our staff and volunteers can ensure your tickets and seats fit your needs perfectly, leaving you free to relax and enjoy your visit.

Large print and audio versions of this brochure available on request, please email info@thecorecorby.com

Our Commitment

Our commitment to making our Theatre and Lab space accessible for everyone is stronger than ever. We understand that our audiences and participants have wide ranging access requirements.

Please don’t hesitate to talk to our Ticket Office when booking shows, or to our Get Involved team when enquiring about workshop activities, if there is anything we can do to make your visit and experience a positive one.
