Los Murales
This highly acclaimed restaurant offers a mouthwatering medley of exquisite seafood dishes, pastas, steaks, live music and art. Don’t miss it. Reservations required, subject to availability. Dress code: smart casual. Open daily 5 p.m. - 10 p.m. Ext. 172
Kinoko
Enjoy an evening of Asian cuisine at Kinoko. Japanese, Chinese, Korean and Thai dishes, sushi and creative cocktails. Reservations required. Book your seat for the Teppanyaki Show at 5, 6:20, 7:40 and 9 p.m. There is also an outdoor Teppanyaki Experience on Wednesday evenings at Luna Grill. Kinoko is open daily, 5 p.m. - 10 p.m.
La Palapa del Sol
Dine on seafood, International and Mexican cuisine in this huge palapa with breathtaking views of the Caribbean. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, a la carte menus and theme nights during the week. Hours: 7 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., lunch buffet from 12:30 to 4 p.m., dinner from 6 to 10 p.m.
Sol Grill
Tacos, burgers, seafood and Mexican dishes are on the menu at this poolside restaurant in Phase I. Try the tasty lunch specials too. Sol Grill is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Luna Grill
Enjoy seafood tacos, burgers, wraps, sandwiches and Bartolo’s pizzas by the pool in Phase II. Try the tasty daily lunchtime specials at the Luna Kiosk. Open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
KINOKO
Pizza Luna
Located in Luna Grill. Enjoy an evening of open-air dining, trattoria ambiance and gourmet pizzas cooked in a wood-burning oven at Pizza Luna. Open 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. (closed on Wednesday).
La Rotonda Bar
Sports broadcasts, movies, videos, music and karaoke during the week. Live music on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30 to 10:30 p.m. Karaoke Night on Tuesday and DJ on Saturday. Order coffee, pastries and snacks during the day ciabattas, sandwiches, crepes and sushi from 5 p.m. La Rotonda Bar is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., alcoholic drinks served from 11 a.m.
Pool Bars Swim up pool bars at Sol Grill and Luna Grill, 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Room Service
Order your favorite dishes from the 24-hour Room Service menu. A smaller night owl menu selection is available from 10:30 p.m. - 6 a.m. After 10 p.m. beer, wine, soft drinks and juices are only available through Room Service and are served with food. Choices are limited. Ext. 132

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Restaurant Reservations & Rules
• Reservations are required for dining at Los Murales and Kinoko and for the Teppanyaki Experience.
• Reservations are subject to availability and must be made the same day prior to 5 p.m., ext. 165. Royal Resorts members may reserve in advance.
• Smart casual dress code (no shorts, tank tops, swimsuits or sandals).
• Seating is on a first come first served basis.
• Food and beverage menus in participating restaurants and bars are subject to change without prior notice.
• The REFINE All-Inclusive package may not be applied with other promotions and discounts.
Premium Food & Drinks
The following Premium dishes and drinks are not included in the REFINE All- Inclusive package but are available at additional cost. Look for the REFINE logo on the menus to see dishes with a surcharge:
• Lobster • Selected prime cuts of beef • Premium fish fillets • Dishes prepared tableside • Flambéed desserts & specialty coffees • Fine wines and premium drinks such as champagne, Black Label and Patrón Tequila.
REFINE Package Rules
Your REFINE Bracelet
• Is issued per person and is non-transferable.
• Must be worn at all times during your stay.
• Will incur a fine of $150 US if lost with no exceptions.
• Will be replaced free of charge if damaged.
• REFINE All-Inclusive services will be cancelled without the right to a refund if a guest is found to be misusing the package. If a guest is found to be offering All-Inclusive services or products to someone who is not entitled to them, the REFINE All-Inclusive package will be automatically cancelled for him/her and all the registered guests in the room without a refund.
Visiting other resorts
The Royal Haciendas REFINE package does not cover restaurants or bars at The Royal Cancun or The Royal Sands, Hacienda Sisal or Gran Salón Hacienda Sisal in Cancun. If you are planning a trip, you are welcome to visit our sister resorts, however a credit or debit card is required to pay for meals, drinks or any other purchases that you may make.
Reservations are required for dining at Club Bistro, La Trattoria, Hacienda Sisal and for dinner shows at Gran Salon Hacienda Sisal.
Seasonal Events & Celebrations
• Special events such as Thanksgiving and Christmas buffets are included.
• Reservation required.
• New Year’s Eve parties may have surcharges and will be posted accordingly.
• All-Inclusive guests who would like to attend these special events must make a reservation, subject to availability, and there is an additional charge for New Year’s Eve parties.
• Other celebrations and special events are organized at participating restaurants and bars during the year and may not be included in the REFINE All-Inclusive package.
Alcoholic Beverages
Alcoholic beverages and house wine are served by the glass and are included in restaurants, bars and when ordering Room Service. It is against the law in Mexico to serve alcoholic beverages to minors under the age of 18. Official ID will be requested. Have fun and enjoy your stay with us, but for your own safety, please don’t overdo it when drinking alcohol. This is a family resort and out of respect for other guests, we request that you abide by resort regulations. Excessively rowdy or antisocial behavior is not tolerated.
