Flor de Canela
Mexican cuisine with gourmet touches, served up with a dash of contemporary Mexican art, traditions and live music. Open from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. for lunch and dinner.
Heaven Beach Bar
Shrimp tacos, burgers and more, drinks and an unbeatable beach view. Open daily from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. for lunch. Drinks: 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. Happy Hour 3 to 5 p.m.
Lobby All-Day Café
The place for coffee, enjoy our alfresco terrace with friends and family. Open daily 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Lobby Bar

Pool Bar

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Restaurant Reservations & Rules
• Dinner reservations are required for El Faro and Flor de Canela and for theme nights at Grand Residences.
• Reservations are subject to availability and must be made the same day prior to 5 p.m., with your Concierge. Grand Residences owners and members may reserve in advance.
• A No Show charge applies for reservations that are not used and when the guest fails to notify the Concierge that he/she wishes to cancel the reservation.
• Casual-elegant dress code (no shorts, tank tops, swimsuits or sandals).
• Food and beverage menus in participating restaurants and bars are subject to change without prior notice.
• The All-in Grand package offering is exclusive to Grand Residences and does not apply when visiting other resorts.
• The All-in Grand package may not be applied with other promotions and discounts.
PREMIUM FOOD & DRINKS
The following Premium dishes and drinks are not included in the All-in Grand package but are available at additional cost. Ask your waiter. They include premium tomahawk, cowboy and T-bone steaks, Halal and Kosher food, the Protein Menu available through Room Service, wines on the premium wine list and some premium liquors. Additional charges and a corkage charge also apply if an Owner, Member or guest brings their own wine or food items for a special chef’s dinner.
All-in Grand Package Rules
• Your All-in Grand bracelet
• Is issued per person and is nontransferable.
• It must be worn at all times during your stay
• Will incur a fine of $150 US if lost with no exceptions.
• Will be replaced free of charge if damaged.
• All-in Grand services will be cancelled without the right to a refund if a guest is found to be misusing the package. If a guest is found to be offering All-in
Grand services or products to someone who is not entitled to them, the All-in Grand package will be automatically cancelled for him/her and all the registered guests in the room without a refund.
• The All-in Grand package must be purchased for a minimum of four consecutive nights. If you are staying for less than four nights, it must be purchased for the duration of the stay. The purchase must be for consecutive nights within the same week, in other words you may not distribute the four nights throughout the total length of stay.
Seasonal Events & Celebrations
Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Eve dinners at Grand Residences restaurants are included in the All-in Grand package.
Alcoholic Beverages
Alcoholic beverages and house wine from the All-in Grand selection are served by the glass and are included in restaurants, bars and when ordering Room Service.
An additional charge will be levied for bottles of liquor ordered to the room.
It is against the law in Mexico to serve alcoholic beverages to minors under the age of 18. Official ID will be requested.
Have fun and enjoy your stay at Grand Residences Riviera Cancun, but for your own safety, please don’t overdo it when drinking alcohol. This is a family resort and out of respect for other guests, we request that you abide by resort regulations. Excessively rowdy or antisocial behavior is not tolerated.
INTER-RESORT VISITS
The All-In Grand package does not cover restaurants or bars at The Royal Sands and The Royal Cancun or Hacienda Sisal and Gran Salon Hacienda Sisal in Cancun or The Royal Haciendas in the Riviera Maya. You are welcome to visit the resorts; however, a credit or debit card is required to pay for meals, drinks or any other purchases that you may make.
Reservations are also required for Hacienda Sisal, La Trattoria, Club Bistro and for dinner shows at Gran Salón Sisal in Cancun and for Los Murales and Kinoko at The Royal Haciendas.
