390. Roger Chaffee Signed Photograph. Naval pilot and astronaut (1935-1967) who was one of three crew members to perish in the Apollo 1 command module fire on January 27, 1967. Rare official color glossy 8 x 10 red-numbered NASA photo (S-64-31447) of Chaffee in a handsome formal pose with pilot’s wings on his lapel, signed and inscribed in black felt tip, “To Harold, best wishes, Roger B.
