Roberston who “pleaded guilty...to an indictment…charging the abstraction and conversion to his own use of certain moneys and funds of a national bank, a member of the Federal Reserve System [and]…I, Franklin D. Roosevelt, President of the United States of America…grant unto the said Alvin F. Robertson a full and unconditional pardon.” Signed at the conclusion by President Franklin D. Roosevelt and countersigned by Attorney General Francis B. Biddle. The red Department of Justice seal affixed to the lower left remains intact.
