After Winning Elon Musk Poll, Trump Not Willing to Rejoin Twitter

There is a possibility that the result of the poll is fake, because Musk is desperate to increase the traffic and advertisements on Twitter, as the loss-making company is losing $ 4 million per day.

The former U.S. President Donald Trump is reluctant to come back to the microblogging network Twitter, although the majority of the people in a poll preferred his account to be restored.

More than 15 million people participated in the poll out of whom 51.8% said Trump should be taken back while his Twitter account was terminated in 2021 for his hostile activities to spread hate and violence through his tweets.

Note: Raman Media Network / RMN News Service cannot independently confirm if the voters in the poll launched by Elon Musk are real users or people with fake (multiple) profiles or Twitter bots.

There is a possibility that the result of the poll is fake, because Musk is desperate to increase the traffic and advertisements on Twitter, as the loss-making company is losing $ 4 million per day. It is believed that with Trump’s mischievous tweets, the traffic on the site will increase significantly to attract the advertisers. [ You can click here to watch a related video on YouTube. ]

Twitter had suspended Trump’s account permanently. In a statement issued on January 8, 2021, Twitter said that Trump’s account has been suspended to avoid risk of further incitement of violence.

“After close review of recent Tweets from the @realDonaldTrump account and the context around them — specifically how they are being received and interpreted on and off Twitter we have permanently suspended the account due to the risk of further incitement of violence,” Twitter said in its statement.

Twitter took this action after the January 6 incident when a violent mob of Trump supporters entered the Capitol building to challenge the victory of Joe Biden in the presidential election.

Although Trump ostensibly asked his supporters to remain peaceful while protesting, he kept provoking them through his obnoxious tweets.

After winning the Twitter poll, Trump praised Musk and said that he is not willing to rejoin Twitter as he is using his own network, Truth Social, launched after he was expelled from Twitter.

Now Trump’s Twitter account @realDonaldTrump is working, but it shows an old tweet of January 8, 2021 at the top when his account was suspended. Meanwhile, President Biden has deplored Musk’s acquisition of Twitter, Inc., saying that the microblogging platform was responsible for spewing lies all across the world.

Rape Accused Massaged Jailed AAP Minister Satyendar Jain: Reports

Satyendar Jain must be caged in a prison such as the Guantanamo Bay detention camp, which is a U.S. military prison known for its harsh treatment of prisoners.

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) minister Satyendar Jain who is an accused in a massive money laundering and corruption case is spending a luxurious life in Delhi's Tihar Jail.

in

A video which has gone viral shows that Jain - who is a minister without portfolio in the Delhi Government of chief minister (CM) Arvind Kejriwal is enjoying a VIP treatment including full-body massage inside the jail cell.

The video*, released on November 19, shows Jain getting a foot, back, and head massage, and reading papers while lying comfortably on a bed in jail. He is not even wearing the uniform that prisoners are supposed to wear.

*RMN News Service cannot independently verify the veracity of the video.

Although AAP claimed that Jain was taking physiotherapy treatment, new reports of November 22 suggest that Kejriwal’s party was lying as the masseur in the video is a prisoner jailed in a rape case.

It is also alleged that Jain is meeting his wife and other accused in this case to influence the outcome of the money laundering case in which he is allegedly involved.

The opposition parties are demanding that Jain who was also handling prisons portfolio as a minister - should be shifted to a jail outside Delhi. However, the change of jail will not serve the purpose because most prison officials across the country are corrupt. The jailed politicians often receive all the luxuries in jails.

Therefore, Jain must be caged in a prison such as the Guantanamo Bay detention camp, which is a U.S. military prison known for its harsh treatment of prisoners.

Since many more AAP politicians who are facing serious corruption investigations are soon expected to be incarcerated, their cells must also be reserved in the Guantanamo prison. [ You can click here to watch a related video on YouTube. ] For example, another colleague of Kejriwal and deputy CM in Delhi Government Manish Sisodia is allegedly involved in a big inter-state liquor scam with his alleged links with the liquor mafia.

Satyendar Jain was sent to jail on June 13, as the Enforcement Directorate (ED) which investigates serious financial crime cases is interrogating him in the money laundering case.

Jain, 58, was arrested by the ED on May 30 under the criminal sections of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). Reports suggest that ED has quantified the disproportionate assets, besides establishing the alleged trail of money in the case.

THE UNREST News Magazine by RMN News Service | December 1 15, 2022 | Page 6 of 27

According to reports, in order to hide his alleged crime, Jain refused to answer ED queries, saying that he has lost his memory after Covid infection. Since the money laundering case against Satyendar Jain appears to be real, Kejriwal’s AAP does not have any evidence to prove his innocence.

But Kejriwal and other AAP politicians are offering absurd arguments that since Jain made Mohalla Clinics in Delhi, he can’t be a culprit in the money laundering case for which the ED had arrested him in May.

In a Twitter message, ED said on June 7 that it had conducted searches on June 6, 2022 under PMLA, 2002 (Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002) at the premises of Satyendar Jain and others.

The ED added in its statement that various incriminating documents, digital records, cash amounting to Rs. 2.85 crore and 133 gold coins weighing 1.80 kg in total from unexplained sources have been seized in this case. Meanwhile, another AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan was arrested on September 16 by the Anti-Corruption Branch of Delhi in a corruption case.

It is believed that Kejriwal and other AAP politicians are collecting huge corruption money to spend in elections, buy false media advertisements to deceive the voters, and hire people who attend Kejriwal’s election rallies to give a false impression that he is a popular politician.

help promote Spain’s democratic culture by initiating a debate on how widespread corruption impacts democracies globally and empathizing the need to increase international collaboration to support national initiatives around the world.

With this project, CdM says it is fostering political will to promote an environment where logical steps emerge to consolidate, strengthen, and reinforce the current international framework for combating corruption. Additionally, CdM is engaging the Spanish society in a discussion about whether it is time to establish an International Anti-Corruption Court (IACC) that could help safeguard democracies around the world.

The Summit for Democracy’s discussions on preventing and combating corruption serve as a backdrop for the project. BJP of PM Modi Transferring Money of the Poor to Plutocrats: Rahul Gandhi

Rahul Gandhi who is a very good orator speaks fluently in English and Hindi on diverse issues without using a teleprompter as Modi does. PM Modi who is not quite educated - cannot speak properly on any topic without using a teleprompter. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi says that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of prime minister (PM) Narendra Modi is transferring the money of the Indian poor to a couple of plutocrats who hobnob with Modi.

Rahul Gandhi was addressing a public rally on November 27 in the Indore city of Madhya Pradesh during his Bharat Jodo Yatra (or Unite India March) that began in September.

Rahul Gandhi along with his supporters began the foot march on September 7 from Kanyakumari and it will culminate in Kashmir after about 5 months and after covering over 3,500 kilometers. Rahul Gandhi and his supporters walk about 25 kilometers everyday.

economy. And the money embezzled with these policies has gone to the coffers of a couple of rich businessmen who are close to Modi.

Rahul Gandhi who is a very good orator speaks fluently in English and Hindi on diverse issues without using a teleprompter as Modi does. PM Modi - who is not quite educated - cannot speak properly on any topic without using a teleprompter.

The handsome Congress leader also blamed the corrupt Indian media for ignoring the critical issues and only covering Modi and his colleagues in their editorial reports.

Rahul Gandhi also said that instead of reporting on public issues, such as unemployment in the country or farmers' distress, media people are reporting about the dress of Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai or about actor Shahrukh Khan or cricketer Virat Kohli. He added in his speech that the educated youth of the country are not getting jobs and are forced to do menial labor jobs to earn their livelihoods.

Although Congress and Rahul Gandhi are trying to raise relevant issues related to the sufferings of the Indian masses, Congress is unlikely to defeat Modi and BJP in elections.

The main factors that help BJP win elections are selective manipulation of electronic voting machines (EVMs), managed violence such as Pulwama terror attack, anti-Pakistan rhetoric, false pre-poll promises, bribes to voters, expensive advertisements to deceive the voters, corrupt media manipulation, and communal hate campaigns.

How to Save School Students of India from Directionless Education

Campaign to Save School Students of India from Directionless Education

November 2022

Excerpts from the report:

DIRECTIONLESS EDUCATION

At present, the education in schools is so meaningless that it is not required at all in any job market. After wasting at least 12 years in schools, the students are totally confused and not equipped for higher education needed for employment.

The drudgery of education also causes mental retardation and a feeling of inferiority complex among the students. Since a lot of verbal garbage is stuffed into the burdensome syllabuses, the education also challenges the biological limits of students who are forced to blindly cram instead of understanding the relevant subjects. About 99% of students do not need to learn the prevailing subjects such as math, science, social science, and the obsolete computer applications.

Update:
कल और कॉलज क पढ़ाई ह बकार इसीलए तो पढ़-लख भी ह बरोज़गार

The others who want to take up professions related to these subjects are also not required to learn them like this because today’s professions are driven by advanced computer applications and systems driven by artificial intelligence which generate this knowledge for the professionals working in these fields.

How to Save School Students of India from Directionless Education

For example, no student is required to learn polynomials, triangles, and circles. Similarly, they can ignore the study of metals, rivers, geography, and the Russian revolution. If they need any of this knowledge in their jobs, they can get it instantly with a single click of mouse on their computers.

As the students, parents, teachers, and policy makers are not willing to change the useless subjects, students are suffering as they are not getting jobs. The employers do not need job seekers who have studied any of these irrelevant topics in their schools or colleges. Rather, they need workers who are fully skilled in modern areas of studies and who are trained to handle any work during their employment even if they have not learnt it during their years in schools and colleges.

Given below are some of the examples of the redundant subjects that are being taught in schools. Although the curriculum in all classes is totally useless, the following examples taken from NCERT website mainly cover classes 9-12 of schools. The teachers are blindly teaching these redundant subjects and students are blindly studying these redundant subjects without realizing that these subjects cannot make them employable.

Rampant Crimes in Delhi Group Housing Societies

Case of Bank Niwas CGHS, Plot No. 22, Sector 4, Dwarka, New Delhi 110 078 Ongoing Case in “Clean House” Service. Case Update: November 24, 2022

The cooperative group housing societies (CGHS) of Delhi have become dangerous centres of crime and corruption. The crimes in these housing societies are being committed by the management committee (MC) members or administrators in connivance with the corrupt officials of Registrar Cooperative Societies (RCS) of Delhi Government, Delhi Development Authority (DDA), Delhi Police, Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC), and a few other departments.

Bank Niwas Case

As the sufferings of the Bank Niwas CGHS residents continue to increase under its administrator Mr. Vijender Kumar, they have now approached the police to seek justice.

With a complaint letter dated October 17, 2022, Mr. Pawan Jain (h/o Society member Ms. Usha Jain) resident of Flat No. 82 at Bank Niwas CGHS, informed the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Dwarka District of their persisting grievances.

Mr. Jain who is a senior citizen informed the police that parts of his flat are being damaged with the unauthorized construction being carried out by Bank Niwas CGHS administrator Mr. Vijender Kumar and his accomplices.

The complaint also stated that Mr. Vijender Kumar who is holding the administrator position illegally in the Society in violation of the DCS Act, 2003 does not even respond properly, let alone taking a remedial action of stopping the unauthorized construction.

Mr. Jain alleges in his complaint that administrator Mr. Vijender Kumar is committing objectionable activities at Bank Niwas CGHS mainly in connivance with another resident Mr. Rajesh Jaiswal, who claims to be a policeman at Delhi Police. However, after some perfunctory interactions on his complaint, the police did not take any steps to investigate the matter and provide relief to Mr. Jain and his family. Similarly, despite Mr. Jain’s complaints, the LG office, Registrar Cooperative Societies

(RCS) office, and Delhi Development Authority (DDA) did not take any action to stop the irregularities at Bank Niwas CGHS.

Earlier, the “Clean House” service had issued a formal notice to Bank Niwas CGHS administrator Mr. Vijender Kumar on September 26, 2022 (reproduced below) urging him to respond to the allegations levelled by Mr. Jain. But Mr. Vijender Kumar did not respond.

While I run the “Clean House” service, I had also complained to the RCS office on September 26, 2022 about the financial and other irregularities happening at Bank Niwas CGHS under its administrator Mr. Vijender Kumar and his accomplices. The RCS office informed me that this case is being handled by Assistant Registrar Mr. A.L. Madan who told me on October 31, 2022 that it is “under consideration.” I sent a couple of reminders (on October 14 and November 20, 2022) to the RCS office with the appeal to remove Bank Niwas CGHS administrator Mr. Vijender Kumar from his position as he is allegedly committing a range of crimes. The case is in progress.

Ideally, Mr. Vijender Kumar should resign from Bank Niwas CGHS instead of facing the legal repercussions for his alleged crimes and RCS office should hold election at the Society. I will soon urge the higher authorities to take legal action against Mr. Vijender Kumar and his accomplices at Bank Niwas CGHS as well as at Delhi Police, RCS office, and DDA.

If Mr. Vijender Kumar wants, he can send me his formal email response on the above allegations or rebuttal, if any, so that I could give it an appropriate editorial treatment. Meanwhile, I held an online video meeting with Mr. Jain on November 23, 2022 to understand the developments in the ongoing case. You can click here to read the full case report. | Rakesh Raman

Russian Missile and Drone Strikes Continue in Ukraine

In addition to documenting civilian casualties, the Monitoring Mission has been examining videos and other information about alleged summary executions of both Ukrainian and Russian prisoners of war.

The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Türk on November 25 expressed his shock at the unabated human suffering in Ukraine, as highlighted by continuing Russian missile and drone strikes against critical infrastructure on a broad scale, and recent allegations of summary executions of prisoners of war (POWs).

“Millions are being plunged into extreme hardship and appalling conditions of life by these strikes. Taken as a whole, this raises serious problems under international humanitarian law, which requires a concrete and direct military advantage for each object attacked,” Türk said. According to the UN Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine (HRMMU), further missile strikes killed at least eight civilians, including one girl, and injured at least 45 others, among them seven children, in the city and

region of Kyiv. A two-day old baby boy was killed and two doctors injured by a rocket strike that hit a hospital in Vilniansk, in the Zaporizhzhya region.

These casualties bring the total verified by HRMMU since Russia began its ongoing barrage of missile strikes and loitering munition attacks across the country on 10 October to at least 77 civilians killed and 272 injured.

In addition to documenting civilian casualties, the Monitoring Mission has been examining videos and other information about alleged summary executions of both Ukrainian and Russian prisoners of war.

“Since Russia began its armed attack on Ukraine in February, there have been numerous allegations of summary executions by both parties of prisoners of war and others no longer participating in the fighting. Persons hors de combat, including soldiers who have surrendered, are protected under international humanitarian law and their summary execution constitutes a war crime,” Türk said.

Among some of the videos that HRMMU has examined are several that surfaced over the last two weeks on social media. These include video clips from the village of Makiivka which shows the apparent surrender of Russian forces or Russian-affiliated armed groups; a man opening fire at Ukrainian soldiers; and subsequently the dead bodies of some 12 Russian soldiers.

Liar Manish Sisodia Again Claims BJP May Kill Arvind Kejriwal

Kejriwal and Sisodia who are among the many dishonest politicians in AAP keep telling lies on many issues including death threats to Kejriwal in order to falsely gain voters’ favour for AAP in elections.

A liar politician in Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Manish Sisodia has once again claimed that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of prime minister (PM) Narendra Modi is planning to kill AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal.

In a tweet in Hindi Sisodia said on November 24 that fearing defeat in Gujarat and MCD elections, BJP is conspiring to kill Kejriwal who is the chief minister (CM) of Delhi.

Kejriwal and Sisodia who are among the many dishonest politicians in AAP keep telling lies on many issues including death threats to Kejriwal in order to falsely gain voters’ favour for AAP in elections.

In March, Kejriwal had claimed that an attack was carried out with the aim to assassinate him. In a tweeted video message, Kejriwal said on March 31 that his home was attacked and he is ready to die.

“गजरात व MCD चनाव म हार क डर स बौखलाई BJP Arvind Kejriwal क हया क सािजश रच रह ह । इनक सांसद मनोज तवार खलआम अपन गडो को अरवद जी पर हमला करन क लए कह रह ह और इसक पर लानग कर ल ह । AAP इनक टची राजनीत स नह डरती,इनक गडागद का जबाव अब जनता दगी,” Sisodia tweeted without any substantiation of his
claims.

15,

मलकर दश क लए काम कर।” Kejriwal tweeted. But he did not explain how an attack on his home is an attack on the country.

Kejriwal who is one of the most crooked politicians in India keeps spreading rumours about death threats to him. In his evil aim to expand his political footprint, he tries to deceptively woo gullible voters’ sympathy by telling lies of threats to him. But there cannot be any threat to him because he and his palatial home are always surrounded by an army of security personnel.

Actually, Kejriwal emulates the dirty political stunts of his mentor Modi. Although Modi wastes a whopping public money of nearly Rs. 600 crore per year on his security, he keeps complaining frequently that he is under threat to falsely attract people’s attention.

In fact, Kejriwal is a blind follower of Modi. If Modi visits Ram temple, Kejriwal goes to Ram devotee Hanuman temple. If Modi participates in a Hindu yatra (procession), Kejriwal leads a Tiranga yatra (Indian flag procession).

Both Modi and Kejriwal are trying to promote fake nationalism, which is similar to the German nationalism practiced by the Nazi Party leader Adolf Hitler. Instead of respecting democratic principles, Modi and Kejriwal are gaining undue political advantage by dividing people on religious and fake patriotic lines. Their repeated claims of threats are among their tricks to hoodwink the voters most of whom are illiterate. Earlier, in 2019 also, Kejriwal had said that Modi’s BJP wants to get him killed. In his tweet, Kejriwal said, “भाजपा

“कल मर घर पर हमला हआ, दश क लए मर जान भी हािज़र ह। पर म important नह ह। दश important ह। इस तरह क गडागद सह नह ह। या ऐस दश आग बढ़गा? नह ना? आइए

Although Kejriwal has completely destroyed Delhi, he often tells lies across the country that BJP is trying to kill him because he is making schools and hospitals in Delhi.

Actually, the people of Delhi are suffering under rampant corruption, lethal pollution, rotten education systems, and crumbling healthcare infrastructure. But Kejriwal who behaves like a deformed clone of Modi spends huge public money on advertisements to hide his administrative failures and deceive the public.

In 2016, Kejriwal had said that Modi is so scared of him that he will get him killed. He released a video of his blatant lies while Modi himself is a bigger liar than Kejriwal.

Both these crooked politicians are at the forefront of a sinister campaign to destroy India with their falsehood and divisive politics.

Help Victims of Sexual Violence in Ukraine: Marija Pejčinović Burić

Among over seven million refugees so far, 90% are women, girls and children, who are particularly vulnerable to sexual violence and human trafficking.

The Council of Europe (COE) Secretary General, Marija Pejčinović Burić, has said that Europe must help victims of sexual violence in Ukraine. Nine months to the day that war in Ukraine began, there are increasing reports of alleged war crimes, including sexual violence against women and girls.

Sadly, she said, history is repeating itself. Rape and other forms of sexual violence committed by combatants during armed conflict are as old as war itself. “We thus mark this year’s International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women

(25 November) on a sombre note. But the tremendous assistance offered by many of our member states to millions of forcibly displaced people also gives us hope,” said the Secretary General.

Among over seven million refugees so far, 90% are women, girls and children, who are particularly vulnerable to sexual violence and human trafficking. Victims face horrible humiliation and a wide range of risks, from unwanted pregnancies and sexually transmitted infections to psychological and physical trauma.

In a statement released on November 24, Marija Pejčinović Burić said hospitals and medical doctors need to be equipped to respond to rape as part of a co-ordinated multi-agency response, and medical and forensic examinations must be ensured, as does immediate and longer-term trauma care. Survivors of gender-based violence among refugees need access to this type of support and counselling in a language they feel comfortable in and understand. As seen from prior conflicts, specialized counselling will be needed to address enduring trauma to reduce stigma and secondary victimization that can develop over time. Indeed, sexual violence in

conflict zones entails both immediate and long-term consequences, as evidenced for example in reports published this month from GREVIO, the Council of Europe’s independent expert body responsible for monitoring implementation of the Council of Europe Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence (also known as the Istanbul Convention).

According to the UNHCR, women, girls and children are facing risks of human trafficking, as acknowledged via information obtained from NGOs working with refugees on the ground.

That sexual violence in conflict zones is a global challenge is illustrated in contemporary reports of rape threats against female protestors in Iran for example.

Open to countries worldwide, the Council of Europe’s Istanbul Convention recognises this violence as a violation of essential human rights, as well as a form of discrimination against women.

“By providing guidelines to protect victims and punish perpetrators, including in wartime, the Istanbul Convention has become more important than ever, and I encourage countries worldwide to join it,” said the Secretary General.

ASEAN Policy Toolkit to Strengthen Women Entrepreneurship

MSME agencies in AMS are championing women’s entrepreneurship by taking concrete steps towards improving the policy ecosystem for women-led businesses in ASEAN.

Empowering women especially women entrepreneurs running micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is a prerequisite for ASEAN Member States (AMS) to succeed in achieving the ASEAN Economic Community Blueprint 2025 and 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and its promise of ‘leaving no one behind’. Hence, MSME agencies in AMS are championing women’s entrepreneurship by taking concrete steps towards improving the policy ecosystem for women-led businesses in ASEAN.

Launched on November 23, the Toolkit is a Priority Economic Deliverable under Cambodia’s ASEAN Chairmanship in 2022 and was endorsed by the ASEAN Economic Ministers at the 54th ASEAN Economic Ministers Meeting in September 2022, and was subsequently acknowledged at the 40th and 41st ASEAN Summits. It is an initiative spearheaded by the ASEAN Coordinating Committee on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (ACCMSME), supported by ESCAP, and funded by the Government of Canada under the “Catalyzing Women’s Entrepreneurship Programme”.

Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge said on November 29 that prime minister (PM) Narendra Modi has been ignoring his work as PM to campaign for his party BJP in every election in different states of India. “Modi is the PM. But he is neglecting his work to campaign in municipal corporation elections, MLA elections, and MP elections. Modi only talks about himself and asks people to vote for him instead of BJP candidates,” Kharge said in his speech while addressing a rally in Ahmedabad ahead of Gujarat election in December.

In fact, Modi is such an incompetent and illiterate politician that he cannot handle any work that needs the application of intellect. He is a total failure as PM. Since he has plenty of time to waste, Modi keeps changing his costume and traveling in different parts of the country or abroad to deliver vulgar monologues. Today, the people of India are buried under Modi’s misgovernance and resulting inflation, unemployment, corruption, hunger, and religious animosity. But no BJP politician, bureaucrat, or court dares to challenge Modi’s idiosyncrasies. All of them are working as Modi’s slaves. Therefore, it is good that Congress president Kharge has shown Modi the mirror to expose his incompetence.

“मोद जी धानमंी ह। वह काम छोड़कर नगर नगम का चनाव, MLA का चनाव, MP क चनाव म चार करत रहत ह। हर वत अपनी ह बात करत ह 'आप कसी को मत दखो, मोद को दखकर वोट दो।' आपक सरत कतनी बार दख? आपक कतन प ह? या रावण क तरह 100 मख ह?” the
