However, we do request that you consolidate your orders whenever you can. This will allow our shipping department to give you faster, more economical service.

All shipments are FOB (Freight On Board) the RS&I Branch location from which you order.

Same Day Shipments RS&I will attempt to ship all orders the same day they are received. In times of exceptionally high volume, orders received before 1:00 PM will be given priority. All shipments are based on product availability.

Order Discrepancies All shipping shortages or pricing discrepancies must be reported to RS&I within five (5) days of the invoice date.

Damage and Shortage Claims Merchandise shipped by RS&I is carefully packaged or pre-packaged by our suppliers in compliance with carrier requirements. Once a shipment is released to a carrier, any damage(s) become the responsibility of the carrier. All claims must be made directly with the freight carrier and should be reported as soon as possible. Claims for loss or damage in transit must be noted on the freight bill or carrier’s receipt, and signed by the carrier’s agent. Failure to do so will result in the carrier’s refusal to honor the claim. Please open your order immediately to inspect for concealed damage and compare packing lists to actual items shipped.

Warranty Repair Policy RS&I, as the manufacturer’s agent, will repair or replace an item that fails within the scope of the manufacturer’s warranty. We suggest that all prices be confirmed with your RS&I Account Executive at the time of order. The price lists are designated for Dealer use only.
