Let the Defendants, within 14 days after service of this summons on them, counting the day of service, return the accompanying Acknowledgment of Service to the Registry.

By this summons, which is issued on the application of the Plaintiff, Scotiabank (Turks and Caicos) Ltd, of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands the Plaintiff claims against the Defendants who are the registered proprietors of title 60805/15/K8 The Bight & Thomas Stubbs Providenciales ("the Property") the following relief, namely:

1. That the Plaintiff do have leave to sell the Property by private treaty pursuant to a Charge registered in its favour over the Property and pursuant to section 72, 75 &

77 of the Registered Land Ordinance;

2. That the Defendant and any other person occupying the Property do within 30 days of a signed contract with respect to the sale of the Property pursuant to paragraph one above, vacate the property and take all appropriate steps to give the plaintiff vacant possession the Property.

3.That the costs of this Application be provided for; 4.Such further or other relief as may be requisite.

If the Defendants do not acknowledge service, such judgment may be given or order made against or in relation to them as the Court may think just and expedient.
