AN ORDINANCE TO AUTHORISE AN APPROPRIATION TO THE SERVICE OF THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDING 31 MARCH 2016.
ENACTED by the Legislature of the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Short title and commencement 1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Appropriation (2015/2016) Ordinance 2015 and comes into operation on the day of publication in the Gazette.
Issue of funds from Consolidated Fund authorised 2. (1) The issue is authorised from the Consolidated Fund, of a sum not exceeding two hundred and twenty-four million, seven hundred and twenty thousand, two hundred and seventy-eight dollars, to be applied to the service of the financial year ending 31 March 2016. (2) The funds specified in subsection (1) are appropriated for the supply of the heads of expenditure specified in column (1)

of Schedule 1 in the amounts respectively specified in column (3) of Schedule 1 in relation to those heads of expenditure.
Issue of funds from Development Fund authorised 3. (1) The issue is authorised from the Development Fund, of a sum not exceeding twenty-two million, eight hundred and twenty thousand, eight hundred and one dollars, to be applied to the service of the financial year ending 31 March 2016. (2) The funds specified in subsection (1) are appropriated for the supply of the heads of expenditure specified in column (1) of Schedule 2 in the amounts respectively specified in column (3) of Schedule 2 in relation to those heads of expenditure.

ENACTED by the Legislature of the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Short title and commencement 1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Supplementary Appropriation (2014/2015) (No. 2) Ordinance 2015 and comes into operation on the day of publication in the Gazette.
Variation of funds authorised 2. (1) The funds issued and appropriated to the heads of expenditure in the Appropriation (2014/2015) Ordinance 2014, and supplemented in the Supplementary Appropriation (2014/2015) Ordinance 2014 are varied in the sum not exceeding one hundred and fifty thousand dollars, to be applied to the service of the financial year ending 31 March 2015.

(2) The funds authorised in terms of subsection (1) are varied in the votes and estimates in columns (4) and (5) of the Schedule, and appropriated for the supply of the head of expenditure specified in column (1) of the Schedule in the amount specified in column (5) of the Schedule in relation to that head of expenditure. (3) The funds varied as specified in subsection (2) are revised and specified as votes and estimates in columns (6) and (7) of the Schedule. (4) The amounts respectively specified in columns (6) and (7) of the Schedule in relation to the heads of expenditure in column (1), shall not be exceeded by the accounting officers respectively specified in column (8) of the Schedule in relation to those amounts.

ENACTED by the Legislature of The Turks and Caicos Islands.
Short title and commencement 1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Domestic Financial Services Sales Tax (Amendment) Ordinance 2015 and shall come into operation on 1 April 2015.
Interpretation 2. In this Ordinance the “principal Ordinance” means the Domestic Financial Services Sales Tax Ordinance.
Section 2 amended 3. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended in the definition of “financial services sales tax” by repealing “5” and substituting “4”.

Section 4 amended 4. Section 4(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended by repealing the words “any service” and substituting the words “the outward transfer of money, that is to say, the transfer of money from one party using any financial institution within the Islands to another party outside of the Islands.”.
Section 5 amended 5. Section 5 of the principal Ordinance is amended by repealing paragraph (c). __________

AVIATION SECURITY AND PIRACY (OVERSEAS TERRITORIES) ORDER 2000 AVIATION SECURITY AND PIRACY (OVERSEAS TERRITORIES) ORDER 2000 (TURKS AND CAICOS) REVOCATION DIRCERION 2015 (Legal Notice 27 of 2015)
The Acting Governor, in exercise of the powers conferred by article 3(1) and paragraph 38(6) of Schedule 2 of the Aviation Security and Piracy (Overseas Territories) Order 2000, directs as follows: (a) all managers of aerodromes in the Turks and Caicos Islands; (b) all operators of aircraft registered or operating in the Turks and Caicos Islands; (c) all persons occupying land formatting part of an aerodrome in the Turks and Caicos Islands; and (d) all persons who are permitted to have access to a restricted zone of an aerodrome in the Turks and Caicos Islands for the purposes of the activities of business they carry on.
Citation, Commencement and Revocation 1. This direction shall be cited as the Aviation Security and Piracy (Overseas Territories) Order 2000 (Turks and Caicos) Revocation Direction 2015. 2. This direction shall have effect from 1 April 2015. 3. All directions made by the Governor under the powers given in the Aviation Security and Piracy (Overseas Territories) Order 2000 prior to the date of this direction are hereby revoked. __________
