FORZA

Forza is a series of simulation racing games for Xbox consoles fi rst released in 2005. Forza games pride themselves on detail and the experience it gives you, the gamer. Everything in the game is based on real things, so the cars and the locations are all carefully recreated. Forza Horizon 5, the latest game released in 2021, has over 600 licensed vehicles. The game is set in Mexico and offers an open-world experience which means you can just drive around exploring what the world has to offer. There are challenges to test your driving skills at every turn, and you won't get bored with so many vehicles. Sadly, you can't play these amazing games for people on PlayStation as they are only on Xbox.

HOT WHEELS UNLEASHED

Hot Wheels Unleashed is now every big boy's dream racing game. Do you remember being young and playing with your Hot Wheels cars on a track you created in the house? Well, the developers at Milestone did, so they put a lot of hard work into re-creating this. In 2021 they released Hot wheels unleashed, and I will go ahead and say it now, it's the best racing game I have ever played. Every Hot Wheels car has been perfectly recreated into the game. Unlike the real world, where you were limited by what you owned, this game doesn't. It gives you the power to build your own tracks and race them in time trials. I can tell you from personal experience it gets very addictive very quickly. You will have a time target, and you can be just 1 second off, so give it another go and then another.

THE TRUE SIDE OF TABLING

I GREW UP NOT KNOWING anything about Ladies' Circle or Round Table. In fact, I did not know about the organisations at all until my sister joined Ladies' Circle in 2014. Talking to her, I instantly knew then that this was just the network I had been looking for. So I joined Ladies' Circle later the same year.

I must admit that when I joined Ladies' Circle, my knowledge of the Round Table Family was limited. I had some general information about Ladies' Circle and almost none regarding Round Table or the other Round Table Family Clubs.

The first rumour I heard about Tablers was that they were just some annoying younger immature men. So my expectations were not high when I went to my first joint Ladies' Circle - Round Table event, a joint national AGM in Denmark. But I must say that it was an amazing event, and I met many very friendly, funny and polite gentlemen amongst the Tablers. Going home, I was not convinced that the rumours I had heard about Tablers were all true.

Later, I served as a secretary on the national board of Ladies' Circle Denmark, and now I am the Secretary of Ladies' Circle International. In these two positions, I have had the pleasure of working together with and getting to know quite a few Tablers. And I now know that the reputation of the Tablers, whom I first met as a Circler, is not fair.

I now know for sure that Tablers are hardworking gentlemen who will always help and support me and all other Circlers if we need it. Of course, they can also be silly and crazy sometimes, but honestly, I think that makes you fun to be around.

And being a part of this amazing Round Table Family network has taught me that this goes for all the Round Table Family members. Because what makes the Round Table Family fantastic is that we support each other and work together on all levels. Suppose it is just making sure that a fellow family member gets home safe after a party, or it is cleaning up the world together or making a joint effort to raise awareness of period poverty amongst women worldwide. In that case, we do it for and with each other, which makes us #StrongerTogether.
