RTRS Meeting Point 2023
This year, the RTRS Meeting Point is organised together and back-to-back with VICTAM LatAm, the world's main event for animal feed and flour processing industries, due to take place on October 3rd to 5th at the Expo Center Norte in São Paulo, Brazil.
This strategic synergy is an opportunity to expand networking and increase the possibilities for participants to gain visibility and make new valuable connections.
Within the setting of one of the most relevant productions regions in the world, RTRS Meeting Point 2023 aims to bring together soy demand and supply to the ground.
The purpose is to keep taking collaborative actions and keep the multistakeholder dialogue going and alive. This will help us all foster the necessary learnings and connections that are needed to facilitate the soy supply chain in order to understand and comply with the requirements of the current demanding global agenda.
About VICTAM LatAm
The VICTAM events are the world’s largest dedicated events for the animal feed processing industries.
Now, VICTAM also has its Latin American platform, where the focus will be on the opportunities in Brazil and neighboring countries.
As in other parts of the world, VICTAM will be launched in parallel with GRAPAS LatAm, the event for grain, rice, soy and flour milling and processing. Additionally, in Latin America VICTAM partners with the North American Grain Processing and Handling Association GEAPS, that will launch its event in co-location with VICTAM and GRAPAS. These three events together are the place to be for feed and grain processing and handling; and now, with RTRS, it is complemented by the imprint of sustainability.
RTRS pavilion in VICTAM LatAm
For the first time, as part of RTRS Meeting Point, we are offering an exhibit space to enrich and expand networking among RTRS stakeholders in an appropriate environment to showcase the work of your organisation.
This special space, in the framework of VICTAM LatAm, provides organisations with excellent visibility opportunities in a level playing field of knowledge and information.
A unique stand for your organization in the RTRS Pavilion at the RTRS Meeting Point
The RTRS pavilion will be located in the VICTAM exhibition hall and will have a (limited) number of custom-made booths exclusively for RTRS members and certified producers. Organisations in this pavilion will be able to have a space with their own identity of approximately 2x2 m2 to showcase their work.
In addition to individual stands, the RTRS pavilion will also include a common networking area with a coffee bar. Important note: The availability will be a maximum of 10 stands and they will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

CHARACTERISTICS:
Stand Size: 2x2 m (4m2)
Price: €2,500 - €3,000 (estimation based on 10 stands confirmed; the final cost will depend on number of participants)
The package in cludes: stand space, construction and a bar facility with shared seating arrangements.
Important note:
Participating organisations are responsible for covering any additional costs associated with their stand, such as marketing materials and spokesperson fees. RTRS facilitates the proposal and brings it closer to our stakeholders
